Lamar Jackson is going to end up on the Patriots isn't he?

Steve smith is such a douche. After Carolina drafted Moore: “They have never been able to replace me...until now.”
A 17th round pick in baseball gets $400,000?
Damn.
Whew, serious tears
Damn, that was tough to watch. I thought he was walking better.
Nice pick by Jacksonville
Ravens trade up to get Lamar Jackson.

Probably more of an emotional response than anything as I really wanted them to take Chubb. My main reason so saying that was that most of the projections I saw on Ward had him going anywhere from 8-15. Although I did say I thought Ward would be the pick, if it wasn't Chubb, only in a trade down with Buffalo.

Yeah I saw those too. But then you had some people having him in their top 6. My guess is Dorsey got a whiff of Denver/Indy liking him, and decided not to trade back to 12 (or wherever) and risk losing out on him. At this point, we have no reason not to trust Dorsey, so if Ward is the guy he wanted I'm 100% happy with the decision not to get cute and just take what he thought was BPA.

Sounds like Dorsey tried to move down to 12 but Buffalo thought the asking price was too much.

Dorsey seems like the kind of guy who would call Buffalo, ask for the moon or else he'd take Ward, Buffalo would say "you're bluffing", and 30 seconds later the card would be turned in for Ward. Lol

I missed this. Stopped watching after the Ward pick. What happened?
Its only been 5 months since the hit occurred. He is making amazing progress from where he was.

Has he been walking? I guess I hadn’t seen him walk publicly.
I wasn’t sure he’d ever walk again as it all transpired on the field. He was very shaky/shook (forgot to mention his position I think and forgot to mention his school)
If he’s doing that st 5 months I feel he’ll get back to fairly normal walking again by end of summer. He’ll never play again and I don’t think it'll be close.
But watching him come out (even after Goodell preluded what was going to obviously happen next)....it still shook me the hell up.

For sure. Everything I read was he was making amazing progress. I even saw an article where he said he wants to play again. I just assumed at that point he was walking normally. Ignorance on my part, but last night just threw me off when I saw him walking. I hope he is walking normally soon. It's terrible to see someone in that condition from just playing a game. As much as I hate the Steelers, I don't think there is any doubt they will take care of him the rest of his life.
I think Rosen will do well in Arizona. That seems like a good fit.

He was pretty pissed after dropping that far with the "9 teams (technically 8) just made a mistake" comment.
Josh Rosen is Jay Cutler. Change my mind.

By the way they act/smartasses, I can't.

The "wants to play again" is probably a pipe dream and really shouldn't be anything more than that. IF (and that's as big of an "if" as possible) he actually could get back to a state where he could play again, it'd be a real dumb idea, as one more bad hit would probably fuck him up completely for life. As for last night, didn't look good, but just the fact he was able to walk says a lot. Earlier, when I saw him at a hockey game (I think?), it seemed like it took a lot of effort for him to just stand up.

I can’t. Both have issues with being in love with football (they aren’t it seems)....Cutler doesn’t seem nearly as smart as Rosen and his disinterest just seems that....Rosen seems to have other ventures that interest him on a higher level.
Not convinced Rosen will make it to the level of Cutler
