Spinoff of the other covid thread. Figured it would be interested to see if this site follows statistics of general society. I mean.. i don't think it ever has before, but let's see.

I was one of the first to get it being a teacher
Got my first shot in late February and my second in late March.
My wife was a few days later.
Both Moderna
My son at age 17 had his 2nd shot in late April
My daughter got hers in late January and has been administering them since that time.
Have natural immunity
I got my first shot in mid March and second in mid April
First one end of December and second in January
Pfizer. If the FDA would approve these I think it would help some more people get them (if they want them, if not cool as well).
Yeah, as soon as an appointment was available. Got the Moderna 2 shot one. I think it was back in like March.

It's hard to quantify the uninformed / stupid in this woman. I'd love for her and the Squad to take up Elon Musk's offer of a one-way trip to Mars - although that's not really fair to Mars.

I think if the Squad and the Greene-Gaetz-Boebert-Hawley types AND their fanbases all got sent to Mars on a one-way trip, it'd serve two purposes. First, we'd immediately pivot from "BILLIONAIRES IN SPACE" to "let's work on more immediate problems and forget outer space for a while" and secondly, we might have removed enough stupidity to actually have a chance to make some ground on those more immediate problems.
The thing is, why stop there? Get rid of the party leaders (Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, McCarthy), spineless ones who switch their views based on which way the wind is blowing today (L. Graham), etc, etc, etc. Eventually, we'll find out Martians are real when they blow up our planet to make us stop sending our filth over there like they're old-school Australia or something.
As for the question, Moderna and have had both. April and May for my two doses, I think.
Yes, I had my shots in March and April.
Looks like we are above the state % a good bit….not that I know the state or National % but here in my southern Ohio county we sit at 34.7%
Got mine but I have friends who haven’t got theirs.
One friend is a 2x cancer survivor age 37 who says if cancer couldn’t get him he’s not afraid of Rona and he’s already had enough poison pumped in his body from cancer he doesn’t want more. He actually gets blood clots now and then from an experimental cancer drug they used to treat him with so I don’t blame him.
how bout you mind your own fucking business.

A little surprised I’m the only J and J. While on the subject, will anyone be getting a booster if they come out and say it’s necessary? Definitely a no for me.

i think not honestly. maybe when the time comes my perception will be changed, but with the over-politicizing of this thing i'm more and more of the belief that our legislators will never stop their BS narratives and the data would have to be overwhelming to get me on board. right now data doesn't match the discussion.

I would look at the science and not what the talking clowns say. I suspect a booster won't be necessary, maybe every 10 years at worst. All bets are off if this thing mutates.
I think it might be hard to get everyone vaccinated (globally) before it mutates beyond the protection of the current vaccine.
Pretty nuts that 1/4 of people over 80 aren't vaccinated.
I find it really hard to believe that many people think Covid is a hoax, or that the vaccine is dangerous. I think people just don't give a shit and aren't worried about catching it.
J&J here.

You think people who haven’t gotten it are waiting for full fda approval? Just from the people I know who haven’t gotten it, God could tell them it was safe and they wouldn’t get it

I didn't have a choice. It was whatever Walgreens had in stock on my appointment day.
Got Pfizer 2 shot as soon as my age group was eligible.
