Den of Thieves

Not terrible, but there was so much shit in it that did have anything to do with the plot.  It was almost 2.5 hrs long and honestly would have been better with more time in the editing room.  Also, Gerard Butler has sausage fingers.

12 strong.

8 out of 8.

Best modern day war movie, and possibly the best true story war flick I've seen.

Above The Hurt Locker and American Sniper? Absolutely incredible movies about the last 17 years over there

Hurt locker is garbage.

AS was good as well as Lone Survivor but 12 strong is a step above by far.

You suck. Any movie that can be quoted that much in everyday life is a 10/10

I'll give you it has a few good lines, but overall the movie was not very good. I think there was too much cocaine involved.

When is the last time you guys watched it?

Every year after the Final Four before the Masters.

Are you a golfer? I think it looses its luster a bit for those who don’t golf all the time. Still has some amazing lines.

The guy that co-wrote and produced it hated it so much he went off the deep end, litterally, as he fell (jumped?) to his death off a 30 foot cliff in Hawaii shortly after its release.

There are some things in life you just need to keep to yourself.  Thinking Caddyshack sucked is one of them.

The last time I saw a mouth like that, it had a hook in it.

That's the worst hat I ever saw.  I bet when you buy a hat like that, you get a free bowl of soup.  Oh, but it looks good on you.

Lou raised the price of Coke.  He's been losing at the track.

I think this club's restricted Wang, so don't tell them you're Jewish.

I've sent boys younger than you to the gas chamber.  Didn't want to do it.  Felt I owed it to them.

Judge Smails: I'm having a party at the Yacht Club this Sunday. I'm christening my new sloop. What are you doing this Sunday? Danny: No plans. Judge Smails: Great! How would you like to mow my lawn?

Oh Porterhouse, look at the wax build up on these shoes I want that wax stripped off there, then I want them creamed and buffed wih a fine chamois, and I want them now. Chop chop

$50 says the Smails kid picks his nose.  You can do it!  Come on!  Yes!  50 more says he eats it.  Here you go...take your time...YES!

Watched Moneyball.  I'd give it an 8/10.  Veered away from the book a bit, but that's okay since it was a book about statistics.  Good acting and fun story.

Watched the Cloverfield Paradox on Netflix that they premiered after the Superbowl.

To be honest, if this was a stand alone movie (as in not part of the Cloverfield franchise) I would give it a 7/10, not bad movie, not bad plot, not bad special effects, good use of real physics and sci-fi, etc.

However, as a Cloverfield movie it just didn't "fit". I mean seriously, without ruining it (spoiler from here on if you REALLY care about the last 2 seconds of the movie), the ONLY thing that tied into the other Cloverfield movies was literally the last 2 seconds of the movie, that is all.

Cut that last scene, name it something else, and its a good movie.

If you go in expecting/liking the Cloverfield franchise, expect to be disappointed like 5/10 dissapointed.

10 Cloverfield Lane was similar. I had no idea it was related until the end.

Also, assuming this is the original jmog, what happened to your original account?
