A classic.
The last castle
8/10 Redford is solid as always.
Rogue One. 8/8. Last ten minutes are the best of the whole Star Wars franchise.
Episode 9 this year could be epic as well.

This has been covered. He explained why a while ago. Yappi, maybe?
Finally getting around to Solo. It's solid but nothing amazing, don't really care for the actor that plays Han.

It was an OK movie. Agree with the guy playing Solo.
It was just tough watching a Star Wars themed movie without Jedi, The Force, Skywalkers, and for the most part Vader and the Empire. Just was difficult to separate it. Rogue One was fantastic because it still had quite a bit of what Star Wars fans loved and showed a very important part of the initial story in how they got the plans and such.
Ep IX is supposed to fix what TLJ messed up, but not sure how that is going to work out. I am cautiously optimistic.
I would give Solo a 5/8.

Coupled with the start of A New Hope it’s even better.
Finally watched M. Night Shamalamadingdong's Split.
I went in with mixed expectations. I remembered liking Unbreakable, but knew all the recent movies from M. Night have been absolutely horrendous.
However, since Bruce Willis' character from Unbreakable is in Glass as well as the character from Split...I didn't want to go watch Glass before seeing Split.
So, I went in thinking it could be terrible or amazing, overall it wasn't bad at all.
I would say a solid 7/10.
James McAvoy's acting was amazing, being able to basically play all the different personalities/roles very well. If anything, the only drawback on the movie was that it took too long to develop the pseudo-science (won't spoil) and come out with the final "character/personality".
Definitely makes me look forward to going to see Glass, will probably wait until its out in the cheap theatres now since it is only a couple weeks from that.

Absolutely. It meshes perfectly.
Word is Ep IX may be announced on GMA on 5 Feb
Started watching You on Netlfix. Jury is still out, but it's entertaining enough.
Overlord 8/10. Surprisingly good. I actually wish I had saw it in a theater. Some nice combat cinematics at the beginning.
So just finished You. It's worth a watch for sure.

That sucks. I just watched Miller's Crossing the other night (and both Skyfall and Bourne Ultimatum in the past few months, too).
I watched Polar over the weekend. It's wild. Worth the watch.
Watched "Won't You Be My Neighbor" over the weekend. It was fine, didn't understand all the hype regarding it though. Lower your expectations when watching.
Side note, Mr. Rogers gives me the creeps.
I watched Lion again. Good flick, 8/10. Kinda wild how he actually remembered enough to find his mom.

One of my favorite movies of the decade. I was adopted, so that adds a little bit extra for me. But regardless it’s very well done.
Green Book: 8/10
Ali and Mortensen might sweep. Though I think I liked Bale slightly better than Viggo this year and haven’t seen Defoe. Malek was also really good, but would be 3rd for me.
Free Solo is on iTunes now. I'm pissed I missed it both times it came here in Imax, only ran for a week.
Might wait for the next or say fuck it and stream it on my shit TV.
