But sweet pickles……NO!
All Pickles Matter
Pickles suck. I don't even like them on the bun giving off that nasty juice to soak in. I do like a cucumber in a wrap/salad though.
Mayo is the best, and I have no idea how people do not enjoy it as a condiment.
...I guess I am hated and loved by Justin on this one.

After living in Holland for 6 months, I embraced dipping my fries in mayo.

Dill pickles and spicy pickles, YES! Sweet/bread & butter, or any sweet relish, nasty.
As far as mayo goes, I'm likely in the minority regarding that condiment but can't stand mayo, love Miracle Whip.

I dont do straight mayo with fries, but give me a flavored aioli and I am there. Garlic, Chipotle, Jalapeno, Pesto, Rosemary, Spicy Lemon would be my favorites. I see those on a menu, I am basically ordering whatever they accomodate as at least part of the order.

Been to Belgium a couple of times and they do it too, mix it with some curry ketchup, solid.

Sandals on or near the beach as a man, that’s about it.

Blue line flags. I’d rather they do something legitimate like pissing on them or burning them
posted by ernest_t_bassSeems to be popular (car) culture now that EVERY car needs to have dark or black rims. I'm sorry, but they don't work on every car, ESPECIALLY your mini-van! WTH!?
I had a grayish-blue Ford Maverick and I put black rims on it. I thought it made it look stupid, personally. I have a dark gray Ford Ranger now, and my dark rims (on the truck when I bought it) look much better.
I also saw a mini-van with low profile wheels yesterday. Why is it important for a mini-van to look "sporty?"
Get off my lawn /rant
I have black wheels on my truck!!
I'm actually noticing more bronze.
Tuner vans have been around forever, because Hispanic.
Your toes are gross and no one want to see them in public. No sandals unless you're near water (ocean, pool, etc).

I live 15 minutes from the beach. Sandals 99% of the time I’m not working. Toes need to breathe! Only flip flops tho, Birkenstocks and the like are trash.
Never wore sandals when I lived in Ohio other than like adidas slides when playing sports.
Guess this sort of falls in here…
Currently visiting San Francisco. And surprise, surprise, it joins the list of NYC, Chicago, DC, LA, Seattle and Portland of cities I’ve visited in the last 2 years that are far from the cesspools they’re portrayed as on agenda-driven media sites. The last time I was here was 5-6 years ago, then 5-8 years before that. I was all over town yesterday and it looked no different than any other time I’ve been here. For those familiar, the Tenderloin district is the worst part of town by far, but that has always been the case. As in any other city in the world I’ve ever been to, there is an area like that. Everywhere else I’ve been is great.
Shocking to see how reality is quite different than portrayed.
It’s like going to Texas and being shocked that everyone isn’t a redneck, mulletted Morin pointing a gun at Mexicans.
Well, the governor spent over a billion to get the downtown cleared of a lot of homeless camps for the visit from China's president and the subsequent tour. Glad to know that China motivated Newsome!

Yes, I know the right wingers in Congress and Fox News were harping on this. While Xi’s visit was seven months ago and i doubt the price tag for cleaning a city was $1 billion, I’ll give you that. I doubt any city in the world, US or not, would not spruce up before a major visit like that - that’s politics. Point is, I have seen with my own eyes that none of these cities we constantly hear being shit on by conservative blowhards are anything close to the post-apocalyptic wastelands they’ve been portrayed. Much as those people want it that way, it’s simply not. Sorry

Well, I'll say this:
I'm glad I don't live there, anymore.

I find social media to be this really useful thing for so many aspects of life. But it's the absolute fucking worst as far as this shit goes. Way too many 10-cent brains deciding they're "political influencers" and turning virtually anything going on into a chance to shit out their opinions.
Like, take the WNBA for example. Sports league that was about as "who cares?" as any sports league in the history of sports leagues. Then Caitlin Clark grabs everyone's attention due to being a crazy-good scorer, gives women's college basketball probably its most attention ever and immediately raises the visibility of the WNBA simply by being drafted. To the degree that players/teams actually get chartered flights and shit.
And so, you have a number of people on one side all upset because it's a white chick who is the reason for this surge of popularity. And on the other side, you have a lot of those "influencers" who never have even pretended to care about the WNBA jumping into the discussion because they realized it gives them the chance to both prop up a "great white hope" and call minority women "animals", which basically puts them in heaven.
One of those things, where without a Twitter account, I'd have about no knowledge of any of this stupid shit, but because I do and it's at least someone focused on sports stuff, it's annoying enough to make me start thinking we need more mass executions or something.
I hate it when people on motorcycles constantly rev their bikes while idling. So fucking annoying!
