TP Inventory

With the mass hysteria at the large grocery stores (apparently 50 people waiting in line at Walmart in Portsmouth this morning at 5:30 am for TP).....how many estimated days of TP do you have ?

We went out this morning for a few things at Walmart, went to a Save A Lot as they actually had some stuff we couldn’t find elsewhere. They had TP, bought a 12 pack medium size rolls.

We put stuff away and I do a little inventory.

We have 30 large rolls of TP and 12 medium rolls. Family of 3 I’m thinking we have a solid 2 months-10 weeks of supply.

I don't know our inventory. But I will steal napkins from fast food if necessary. If that option is blocked, I have a Shih Tzu. I'll use him and then set him outside in the rain to rinse off. 🙂

I'd guestimate 50 rolls or so. For just the two of us,  a couple of months supply.

We’re good for a few months. If it gets worse we’ve got wash rags and socks.

We have an 18 mega roll pack that is equal to 72 regular size rolls so we will be good for some time.

About 3 months

The thing is, I always keep my supplies up.

Plenty.  Would say 80% of my TP usage is at the gym or work anyways!

Probably 2 weeks. Was down to two rolls, was able to get 6 yesterday.

But was able to grab flushable wipes. So, we are good.

Oir small local places have plenty.  Seems like the big boys got ravaged or maybe the locals here are smarter than most.......

I have probably 2-3 weeks (it's a function of how much beer & chili I consume).

But I figure Tuesday I'll go fill up the SUV with 3-4 megapacks.  No, not really.  Food though - shelves should be fully stocked and the store should be mostly empty of people.

Should but right now the truck deliveries to grocery stores are not full at all and warehouses struggling to keep up early on.

I have probably close to 30 rolls of TP that we've had for while now from my wife doing couponing. But did pick up a 750ish box of flushable wipes from Costco a week ago. And then I also have like 3,000 baby wipes in my 5 month olds closet.

The reason for the shortage is that when anybody sneezes, a dozen or so people shit their pants.

Have a pack from Costco, still think y’all are fucked up for caring about TP. Use the shower if need be. Also, anything called flushable, a plumber would say isn’t really flushable.

I don’t think any of us care much. It’s the talk...checking on the OC lovelies. We aren’t the ignorant 280 lb woman buying 6 24 packs at the store

Should make for a great opportunity to sell bidets!  The ass deserves to be washed and blow dried after a healthy crap.

Seriously, you fucking people.  We have 24 rolls.  The mega pack that we always buy, even when there is no hysteria.

About one roll, but I'm living alone, it's an extra-large roll and, if things progress as they currently are, I have a few rolls of paper towels and flushable wipes, so there are other options. Oh, and swiping some from the office, if necessary.

At least half of that appears to be paper towels.  I'm sure we all have them for convenience, but if you're hoarding paper towels so you can constantly disinfect your house you're doing it wrong.  Incredibly wasteful - use regular towels for cleaning, and then wash them.

There's going to be plenty. There's no TP shortage. No need to stockpile anything. I'm not even going to try, there's 6 of us in our house.

Had to buy some last night, for the first time since the lockdown started!

Luckily we had went to Sams club a couple of weeeks prior and had quite a bit!

Anyone make it all the way without having to buy TP?
