If you were putting together a personal top 5-10 places to visit while in the greater Columbus area, what would they be?

I'm a big fan of The Pearl in Short North....Cameron Mitchell spot.

Great beers, cocktails and food.

Who is even from Columbus? I’ve only been there for work, like 10x, tops.

Me. But I don’t venture out.

Pretty much anything in the Short North/Downtown-ish area is nice and you can’t go wrong. Bridge Park in Dublin is a nice new area. Several food options, Urban Meyer’s Pint House specifically. There are probably 100 microbrews in the Columbus area, including Brew Dog. I would definitely check them out; they’re in Canal Winchester.

I'm not but, I lived there for 6 years.

The city has changed a long since back then and I've only been back twice...hence why I don't have much to recommend.

We did the Ale Trail last year and went to Wolf's Ridge, Elevator, Barley Brewing, Hoof Hearted and Seventh Son. Really enjoyed all of them. Short North is fun and has a lot of great food and bars.

We used to do a 12 bars of Christmas in the short north and it’s a blast. There are an easy 12 bars in walking distance. I can send u the list. I think two closed but there are even more bars now. Haven’t done it for a few years

Actually more than I thought. Seems like most left here are Toledo, Cincy, Cleveland or have moved out of state.

Bridge park in Dublin is nice. It has Vaso which has a rooftop bar, Pins mechanical, local cantina, fado, the avenue, and a slew of other restaurants. There is also scene 75 that has 3 floors of gaming/puttputt/batting cage/and serves beer and has food. I walked through it but didn’t try it out yet. There is top golf but you probly have one of those in cincy. Kai’s Crab boil is amazing it’s on bethel road. If you play poker their is the shark tank poker club which is a very honest place to play with good people.

I only live about 40 minutes from C-bus, but I'm still not much help. I'm kind of, uh, provincial, I guess because I only really go there for work and spend my leisure time hanging with friends in the Marion and Mansfield areas.
