Company I used to work for, when we were commissioning a furnace for a steel company down in Alabama.

The customer site had a rule that you could not be on site if you had even a single alcoholic beverage that day. Our company also worked 10 hour days M-F and 5 hour days Saturday. We were also contracted to come in any other hours if there was an immediate problem.

We ALL IMMEDIATELY had a drink of some sort as soon as we got back to our hotel rooms just in case they called.

"Sorry, I can try to walk you through a fix over the phone, but I had a drink so I can't come in to fix the problem."

There were 5 of us working down there and all 5 had a single drink every night right after 5 pm when we left, and noon on saturdays.
