I'm looking to build up my record collection a bit more so I'm looking for recommendations from you old timers on albums that would have been originally released on vinyl. I know I'm missing some absolutely necessary albums, some probably easier to find in decent shape than others. If I have a choice between an old pressing and a recent re-release I'll take the older pressing, but there are plenty of albums I plan to buy multiple copies of.
My current collection (most of it, anyway):

Nice list, I'm happy you have quite the collection of Shooter Jennings.
My wife got me an early press of Red Headed Stranger and Bat out of Hell for Christmas. I would recommend both for your collection. I would also suggest Songs in the Key of Life.
Edit: I see Red Headed Stranger is on your want list.
Are you familiar with the Stargunn and Fenixon albums from Shooter? I also have a new purple splatter copy of The Other Life but it wasn't on discogs yet. I'll probably add it tonight.
Red Headed Stranger is definitely on the list. I also just saw a copy of Songs in the Key of Life at the record shop on Monday but didn't think to take a look at it. If it's still there when I go back on the 8th (Megadeth live album release) I might pick it up.

Looking through your list, I would suggest you add some Rolling Stones, The Who, and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.
(LOL’ed when I saw David Allen Coe on your list)
All good recommendations. Any specific albums I should go for first? Let It Bleed and Who's Next would probably be my first choices from each. Not sure about CSNY.

I know Fenixon, but Stargunn albums are before I got into Shooter. Never even heard songs from the band.
The Stargunn album is decent. If you can find it streaming anywhere give it a listen.
I just added Ted Nugent's debut album I picked up on Monday. It took me a while to identify the version I had.

I think I still have about 20 Christmas albums that I haven't added to the collection yet. Lots of $1 pickups, the most interesting being a 1973 Elder High School glee club album.

Gotta go with Exile on Main Street from the Stones - one of, if not the, best of theirs. Good to see Pink Floyd on there. I recommend Beatles Revolver and the Velvet Underground (self titled debut) album.
Can't comment on the country, but your list is pretty good otherwise.

Still a lot of Pink Floyd to add. I picked up a copy of Momentary Lapse of Reason the other day but had to return it due to a pretty gnarly warp that I didn't notice in the store. That was a bummer because I don't see that album often.

Definitely not an older band and not released originally on vinyl. But I feel like you would dig The Asteroids Galaxy Tour -> Fruit. I also have no clue on your taste in music, so total guess on my part lol.
I just gave a quick listen to a few songs. I've definitely heard The Golden Age before.

Nice to see a good selection of John Prine, and some Flatt and Scruggs.

Still plenty more to add, but it's a good start. I'm much lighter on bluegrass than I would like to be.

One of my favorite groups to listen to on vinyl because it sounds so good that way Is Moody blues
Days of Future Passed is great. Especially...under the influence. I'll probably start looking for cheap copies of their other albums.

I would add Madman Across The Water to your Elton John.
Fandango and Rio Grande Mud to your ZZ Top
To your Black Sabbath add- Black Sabbath,Master of Reality and Volume 4.
They had a copy of Rio Grande Mud when I bought Tejas on Monday but it was $35 so I passed. All good albums I will add to my list.

May have missed it but, if a fan, Guns N' Roses "Appetite for Destruction"
I actually have that one. I have about 10-12 albums I haven't cataloged yet for one reason or another.
