We will call them Murder Hornets, because Asian Giant Hornet is racist.

I saw a random article the other day and now it's exploding all over the news.  But it's not really a joke - apparently kill 50 people in Japan every year.  5-6 stings can kill a person.  These things would freak me out - about the size of your thumb!

It's nasty.  Look at the swelling Coyote Peterson had 12 hours after one sting:

True.  But the 80's called and they're hoping this eliminates the African Killer Bee threat...

The Killer Bees obviously didnt become a huge issue, but they are just honeybees. They arent hurting the production of what bees do.

This is definitely more concerning.  I remember reading about these "murder" hornets about a 1.5 years ago, before my wife and I went to Japan.  My reaction then was the same now... FUCK THAT.

I've been caught up in 2 yellow jacket nests. While these will definitely hurt, getting stung by 20+ bees is more likely than anything from these guys. My middle child (5) loved watching the Coyote Peterson video last night with me.

A fellow I'm connected with on Twitter said he saw one of these last year, said it was the size of a hummingbird.

I'd be willing to try ants, but screw this!  No way could I stomach the wings and the head.

If I get stung by one....I will eat it in some sort of passive aggressive rage
