Read stories where he was a cheese freak and was constantly battling gout. 

I’m just saying I’ve known people as fat or fatter than him but I’ve never known any to have heart attacks that young.

My understanding was he didn't have a heart attack, but he had blockage hence the need for a stent.

He's still pretty young for a stent, but hardly surprising given all his other risk factors.  Most men his age aren't seeing a doctor, and those are the undiagnosed people that die surprisingly in their early/mid-40's.

TMZ is normally spot on with this shit, so hopefully it is true.
