Never had that. If it’s as good as Rhinegeist and Madtree then thats impressive.

Untapped brewery ratings:
DankHouse - 4.13
MadTree - 3.75
Rhinegeist - 3.74
MadTree is in my top 5 Cincinnati breweries. Rhinegeist might not be in my top 10.

Ahh I like their stuff? I do agree MadTree is better though.

I know, right? And I'm the favorite grandchild to boot.
what progress are you making here, Justin? i just started looking back in Marietta since i've decided to get out of the rat race of city living. I found a huge house with 40 acres and a beautiful pole building. The wife and I are debating on that one vs a similar property with 10 acres for roughly the same price (much nicer house and building on the smaller property). The acreage we have from her parents is no longer an option to build on since there are 3 springs that kill all the home building sites on that 12 acres, but her dad does have some good looking pasture now that we cleaned up that spot.
No real progress yet, we're still trying to figure out our plans for the year.
The house I grew up in (about 1.5 miles from the above property) has been sitting empty for almost 15 years. We might have the option to move into that house and pay no rent for a while. It was also brought to my attention recently that my mom might actually be trying to buy the entire property from my grandma at some point in the near future.
My goal for 2022 is to be living in the Newark area. At this point I don't really care where.
