Will in the future all individual (global … liberal love this word) be mandatory required to be digitally monitored physically for COVID-19 and other virus type infections before entering, attending sporting events, movies, dining out, entered into bars and going to work?  

temporarily, maybe. permanently, no.

I can see some of these as temporary but not permanent.

I heard Dr. Fauci say this (using that wand thermometer) the other day.......temporarily.
