How has COVID-19 altered your digital technology knowledge and equipment?
Wife and I have learned that our phones need to be replaced, learned how to view more on the Smart TV, have Facebook accounts, using Zoom, Lifesize, Houseplay, and a few other group apps. The wife is working from home, so I got us a better/larger/faster printer, scanner, copier system, and a much large monitor. We will be getting another Surface Pro and new Phones.

I was already tech savvy so I've learned nothing from this.

What about your parents what have you had to do for them, if anything?

More or less this. I can't think of anything digital that I've learned as a result of this.
My mom did learn to use Zoom, though. Also learned how TeamViewer works. The latter still scares her, but she uses it for work.
