Are there other reports besides South Korea saying it? 

I think we should do what China does, because, you know, they are the world leader in this and they are so far ahead of the U.S., plus they have been so generous in donating medical supplies to many other countries ….they really know what they are doing.  We should watch listen and learn from them; they are the best.
