Rub noses (and sometimes foreheads) Not Good

Shake hands both hands (No off limits)

Clap your hands  (Could work)
Zimbabwe

Put your hand on your heart  (Nice Idea)

Bow  (Ok I’m not crazy about this)

Sniff faces  (Hard Pass)

Speaking of which, last night we're in Walmart and these two younger girls are pushing a cart, wearing their masks, and one has the cart up against the pop shelves and the other is standing in the middle of the aisle, about 4 feet away and my girlfriend comes walking down the aisle (I'm at the other end) to meet up with me, walks around this girl (to avoid being close to her) blocking the middle of the aisle, says "excuse me" (politely) to which the girl blocking the aisle screams "SIX FEET, SIX FEET" to which my girlfriend says "I have no problem with a six foot distance but stop blocking the fucking aisle."

Old lady with a mask yesterday at the local grocery kept warning everyone that they were only allowed to have one person per shopping cart, per the signs and was getting infuriated.
