Everything seems to be pretty doom and gloom these days. Does anyone have any good news to share? Good things going on in your personal life, or good things going on in the world?

None for me, but I have three friends who all just recently had babies the last month. All the deliveries in this crazy time went well and all are healthy.

Does "I'm healthy, still working and spending a bit more time at home, so I'm actually doing a couple of those 'spring cleaning' projects that normal people don't need to have the world shut down before deciding they have the time to do them" count? Because if so, I got that!

My newest nephew was born on 3/21. All went well. That brings the total to four nieces and two nephews.

I’m down 25 lbs and my lowest weight in 10 years.

Wife’s due in a week or so. Both her and baby all healthy as can be so far! Hoping for continued good health and calmness in the midst of chaos.

Also, humble brag, my sister just verbally committed to play basketball at Walsh University on a full scholarship. So I’ll be visiting North Canton pretty frequently hopefully over the next four years.

Back to trying to get fit. Ran 8.33 miles last week (4 separate runs). That may be the most I've ran in a week for nearly 13 years.

Hopefully I can build on this and continue. Maybe...just maybe...it'll help me focus as I enter the job search again. It wasn't nearly as bad as I remember running to be. C'mon interviews!

Wife was lucky enough to get a job. Quit in January from LinkedIn to be with our son, but wanted a 100% WFH. She got it 2 days before they put in a freeze, and literally the same day I was furloughed. Dodged a bullet there.

We also refinanced, so skipping a months payment will be nice.

Ran 50 miles last week......  just found out I am off for another month so I will have plenty of time for Turkey hunting in Vinton Co.

I'm enjoying life, for the most part.  That's about all I got.  Rewiring the garage tomorrow.
