  1. CYA will only have 5 wins
  2. Franmil Reyes will hit 17 HRs and lead the AL
  3. A closer will get a save in 90% or more of a teams victories

I think someone goes on a HR tear and the overall league leader has like 26.

I almost mentioned Reyes....I think he’ll rake this season

20-25 seems like a proper guess, based on per game averages. But, either hitting will be slow, or pitching. I doubt the first 15 games are a typical start to the season. I think one or the other will get off to a slow start leaue wide

Are the bleachers across from Wrigley allowed to open since they are not part of the park?  Could those building owners sell tickets as long as social distancing were enforced?

The cubs own most of them now, but yes they are allowed to be open. At a lower capacity and social distancing measures in place.

Holy crap, those babies are going to be expensive this season.

My understanding is they’re going to be all corporate events. Very little market for individuals trying to just buy a ticket

Sadly, due to corona risks in the area, Pittsburgh won't be the 2020 host for the Toronto Blue Jays. Would have been nice to see a club with a good, young nucleus and the potential for a future...

Where are they playing? Buffalo?

Unknown as of now, I believe. Baltimore and Buffalo were both mentioned in the article that I read, as well as playing "home" games on the road.

I think I’ll like that the TV guys will not be in road but be at home park and in their booth and announcing the game the same way we are seeing it. Maybe now Thom will know when a ball is likely to be a HR and not scare my dog for a can of corn 30 ft short of the fence.

They will have like 10 camera feeds up in the booth though, he will undoubtedly watch the one that makes it look like a HR

He’s not bad when he’s announcing on a national level but isn’t very good doing his regional Reds games

About right. 75% of games started. Maybe teams try to get their Aces a few extra starts via off days, etc.

Jacob DeGrom with a strong start to make prediction #1 happen.

But Max Kepler telling my #2 to fuck right off.
