Bob Evans for all that it is not (good food), is very consistent. A person can get a meal that usually is a 3/10, and for most people that is good enough. You might have a point that the generation you see there is going to die out in 20 years.

I think that UA will precede them.

Agreed or at least a very watered down version of what we currently see.

Their slow roast pot roast is also pretty darn good.

I always got the pot roast sandwich.
I almost always go breakfast.
Bob’s has went downhill since the old man passed away years ago. Met him a few times as I went to school at University of Rio Grande which is where Bob Evans farms is located. The morons tore down the original restaurant and built a shitty one. Bob Evans Farm Festival is no more and they’ve sold off.
Bob’s son Steve is married to a well known local business owner here in Jackson. He has branched off from the corporation but has his own Steve Evans sausage company and it’s doing well and is very good...the original sausage Bob Evans was known for.
Their management is bad, service meh and workers are quite dirty and drugged. It’s fallen pretty good. Very disappointed in how the noodles and chicken have changed over the last decade.

It's consitently just below average, which is fine, I'll eat there maybe 6-10 a year, mostly omlets.

I think UA still has some life in them. Reebok is owned by Adidas so I'm not sure they're going anywhere.
Sunshine Skillt from Bob's with sausage gravy instesd of country and plenty of Tobasco and rye toast is one of my all time favorite breakfast meals.
Sears/Kmart is def going to be gone. Dillards, Macy's, and then JCP could all be close behind (in that order)
Wonder if Chipotle will still be around
Country biscuit breakfast at Bob Evans is legit.
Best Buy
Elder Beerman
Gamestop
Local Banks
Public Housing
Veal
Computer Screens
Cash.

Non necessity retail will see a major change. Best Buy was a good one.
Cigarettes
Hopefully, a lot of pharmaceutical companies.
I think movie theaters will be gone. And at their price, I hope they are.

Went to Bob's this morning, I hadn't been there in a few years. I got the Sunshine Skillet. I'll give it a 6.5/10. Good, not great.
