I hold career politicians who use their office to enrich themselves and their families to a higher account.  Especially a 50yr career politician.  But what about Trump's son in law.  Odds are he benefitted from his father in law's brief time in office and is likely a shitbag.  Hopefully Trump got his 10%.  Boogie's got to lather up.

I just think we delude ourselves when someone comes along and we say “This person will be different.”  It’s impossible to believe, for example, that Biden has not had some thoughts about his son’s interests when dealing with China or Ukraine.  He will enrich his family and friends before any consideration of the national interest.  But it’s very hard to identify any of them that won’t do this.  Follow AOC’s progress in future years and you’ll see another example of “for the people.”  Hard not to be cynical about it all.

Considering ethanol has about 33% less energy/BTUs than gasoline, adding in an additional 5% will lower your gas mileage by about 2%. At $4/gal that effecitvely raises the cost by 8 cents, so the 10 cent cheaper is basically completely offset by the fact that you will be buying 8% more gasoline at e15 than you do at e10. 

It makes zero sense to anyone who can do the math.

Depends on the age of your vehicle.

Newer vehicles' fuel lines are different materials that can handle the solvent properties of ethanol. Older vehicles, ethanol at 15% can/will eat holes in fuel/vacuum lines overtime. I have actually had this happen on an old Focus I used to drive.

Basically if your car is equipped to handle "Flex Fuel" which basically means you can put gasoline or E85 in it, then the E15 won't be an issue. If it is not equipped for "Flex Fuel", I would be careful.

NY Mayor Adams trying to channel Obama saying "we got him....we got him".  Fell very flat given, obviously, it was a recorded/telecast.

I fly often and usually have a drink going at all times.  I'm not going to be an asshole about it because it's not the crew's fault though.  Just a bunch of silly nonsense.

They really need to up his meds.  Wandering around the Obama event looking like the kid no one wanted to talk to looked way worse but not really a big deal.

But what is so sad about his recent turn to shake hands with no one is just how slow and confused he acted.  Like if I were to try booting up a laptop from 20 years ago...

It is sad and shameless.  But he is the most controllable political figure.  His family will be well taken care of.
