    Smart kid.

You guys have had enough athletes pour through the Stark Co. area... Send him on down to Indian Creek, he already has his scholarship and we could use an athlete like this to get us on the map :)

Porter confirmed that the young man and his family DID tour WHS.

But did not confirm any other school. Why he knows about Massillon and not about any other schools is beyond me.

All he is doing is setting himself up for a "I told ya so!!"

He is an a**, that should not be writing in a news paper.

He'll be working out at WHS in June.

Coach Hall has said that D. Smith and J. Olack will be taking snaps this year at QB. If what you say is true Zwick, this will allow Olack to pretty much stay at WR, and despite the fact that this kid is a sophomore, we can bring him, (and Brody Tonn), along slowly. And everybody seems to be forgetting the McCormick kid who is going to be a Sr. With Olack and Smith, who both have experience as QB's, McCormick, who led the JV team to a 9-1 record, Tonn, who led the freshmen to an undefeated season, the kid from Oregon, and the Eigth grader (D.J. Brown), Massillon is going to be in good shape at the QB position for a long time.

The QB position, obviously is the biggest question mark this year at Massillon. Last year, Massillon, as a team, had 175 catches, for 2,680 yards and 22 TD's, in 2010, they return 131 of those catches, 74%,
    they return 2,097 yards, 78%, and 20 TD's, 90%.

Last year they had 429 carries for 1,977 yards and 23 TD's, in 2010, they return 338 of those carries, 78%, they return 1,713 yards rushing, 86%, and they return 21 of the 23 rushing TD's 91%.

Last years top returning recievers: Smith 50-989-15, Olack 49-763-3, Allman 12-158-1
Last years top returning rushers: Winters (will be a Jr. this year) 169-1014-13, Reiman 123-527-6 and Nalbach 19-93-0

Also, does not take into account, Jacar Roberson, who was injured in week 1. and missed the remainder of the season.

So, I guess what I'm saying, is that if Massillon can find a QB to distribute the ball, this could be a very dangerous team.

Defensively Massillon returns 257 tackles, 8 interceptions, 27.5 tackles for losses, and 5 sacks.
