Reimbursement?

  • chiefy jones
This football forum was on life support....Was like a ghost town....Was hanging by a thread, when all of a sudden....Chiefy Jones decided to end his hold out....Now, it's thriving.

Weird Al tried his best to keep it afloat while I was away but, let's be honest, that's like JR Smith trying to carry the Cavs while LeBron is away....Jr is a great player, but couldn't carry LBJ's jock strap.

Weird Al's posts got an occasional response from the OC's community goofs, earnest t bass and the like....It was an admirable effort by WA, but admirable isn't good enough. My return brings out the intellectual gold in our OC community, isadore being the only example that I need as proof.

Who feels I deserve a monetary "gift" for not only bringing this lifeless forum back from a coma, but making it the PREMIER HS Football "talk site" on the inner web?

    Please vote above.

You HAVE done a lot for this forum, it wasn't worth posting on until your return....I think I speak for everyone, no, I KNOW I speak for everyone when I say thank you. Thank you for giving us our Hi skoo futbal talk back to us.

Take the Marion thread for instance, seven (7) posts in six (6) months. Chiefy returns and there has been 297 posts in 25 days on that thread. It's impressive how popular he is.

The names Chiefy Jones and Al Bundy should never be uttered in the same breath.

Guys this thread is a joke....Stop pm'ing me, I appreciate your support and if I were serious I WOULD ask for a lot more money, but I'm not serious. Now....If Justin wants to rename the HS football forum the "Chiefy Jones HS Football Forum"....I wouldn't hate it.

$50K x number of legit Massillon football titles won on the field should be your bonus...

I don't know how lucrative this site is to Justin but there is no way in hell I could stand there with a straight face and ask for $1,300,000. I appreciate your enthusiasm and i share your excitement about the return of heartfelt HS football talk but let's be serious here.

Did you forget to include the national titles in your calculation?
  • chiefy jones
No, I just figured the National Championships would be worth more than 50k. It doesn't matter though, I'm not gonna ask for it. This is a "outta the kindness of my heart" kinda thing.

    Again....You're all welcome.

I vote for the Chiefy Jones High School Football Forum.
  • chiefy jones
Whether they name it that or not....That's what it is.

It's kinda like king of the hill....Isadork, etb, superman....They all stopped by at different times and realized they were no match and left like whipped pups.

I DECLARE THIS THREAD....THE CHIEFY JONES HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL THREAD.

    And so it shall be.

If the definition of "action" in this setting was hooking up with other dudes on here i'd agree. But we're not talking about that.

    Let the adults talk now.

Of course you would descend to homophobia, anything not to give credit where credit is due to Moi.
  • chiefy jones
"Moi" is a French word....We all know how the French are....Your use of it doesn't surprise me.

Here are the most common demographics that have reported the highest levels of homophobia:
    · Older men
    · Low levels of education
    · Religious
    · Supportive of traditional gender roles
    · Politically conservative
    · Residing in a geographic area where tolerance of same-sex marriages are incredibly low (Southern regions of the United States, for example)

I don't fall into any of those categories....I'm fine with your life choices....Your decisions are none of my business.

Stark County is a rugged county, we're not too familiar with your life style. Give us some time and we'll get used to it.
  • Belly35
Belly35 will be posting in this forum ...... my popularity precedes me.
  • chiefy jones
Welcome Belly, an intelligent poster to converse with will be a refreshing change for myself and skank.
