Massillon lands stud lineman
-
Al BundyMy Tigers were able to bring in an amazing lineman. This kid is bigger than most pro linemen. We are very excited that he has decided to join our program. He has won state titles each of the last two years, but he has decided that it is time to join a national program. It appears more likely that we win our 10th national championship.

SportsAndLadyThis happens in high school sports?
And grown adults actually get excited about this? -

1. yes (the kid played for Massillon's current coach at the school he is coming from, and that was a private all boys school that recruited him to begin with)SportsAndLady;1794169 wrote:This happens in high school sports?

1) Where did he go his freshman year? I thought LaSalle had him then?ts1227;1794412 wrote:1. yes (the kid played for Massillon's current coach at the school he is coming from, and that was a private all boys school that recruited him to begin with)

2) You make up that I am a troll because I have forgotten more about football than you will ever know. Aren't you a fan of Salem or some other garbage program? -

cannoli137I understand wanting to play for his former coach, but isn't this consider recruiting ? Did his family make the move to Tiger land or is it just him ?

We are an open enrollment school. We have no boundaries within the state.cannoli137;1801564 wrote:I understand wanting to play for his former coach, but isn't this consider recruiting ? Did his family make the move to Tiger land or is it just him ? -
cannoli137So he has a fixed address in Massillion, but drives from Cincy everyday, lol

I don't see why it matters where he is staying. The important things are that he is eligible and can help the program. He has had a solid high school career, but he is hoping to take it to a higher level. We are very excited about some of our offseason moves here in Tigertown. We have added McGuire from Texas, Munford from LaSalle, Welch from Pickerington, Young from McKinley and others already enrolled at Massillon. Who is your team? How was their offseason?cannoli137;1801632 wrote:So he has a fixed address in Massillion, but drives from Cincy everyday, lol -
SportsAndLadyDoes Bundy just troll these threads or is he actually that into hi skoo football?
-
Heretic
He started trolling because another user was that into hi skoo football and was hilariously obnoxious about it (to the degree he was convinced the only reason people cared about the Steuby rapes was because they were a good FB program). But then he kept going and going and it took on a whole new life where it apparently became his personal joke that no one else actually cares about.SportsAndLady;1801636 wrote:Does Bundy just troll these threads or is he actually that into hi skoo football?
Strange, but whatevs. -

Gardens35Rough day for Al.
Prayers from Austintown. -

Thank you. I'm staying away from sharp objects and tall buildings. The Moores were just trying to help a young man turn his life around. No good deed goes unpunished. We should still roll to the state title, but the national title will be more difficult.Gardens35;1807089 wrote:Rough day for Al.

cannoli137Helping out a kid is a great thing, the world is his future. Maybe next time keep it on the down low, no parade or newspaper interviews, celebrating his arrival , lol

TigerLBAnd now you can see how mentally ill people lie Al Bundy and the rest of the Massillon Moonies are.
he and his ilk have ruined the entire Massillon City School District.
AND the formerly competitive football program.
Today: Massillon isn't even considered to be competitive with 2nd tier programs and never will be again. -

If 9 national championships and 24 state championships is not "competitive", then every program in the country would like to not be competitive.TigerLB;1807353 wrote:And now you can see how mentally ill people lie Al Bundy and the rest of the Massillon Moonies are.

The Moores were trying to help a child turn his life around. The story is very similar to the Blindside. They even took guardianship of the kid. Some people are so jealous of our program that they attack the kid and great humanitarian effort of the Moores. -
cannoli137Al, I love the tradition of the Tigers, had a nephew who played for the Tigers back in the early 90's. I've also made the yearly event between the Tigers & Pup's since the early 90's. The thing about all those National Championships & State Titles, how many years ago was that ?

It's been too long, but we still have the most championships. Our program is unfairly targeted by the haters.cannoli137;1807402 wrote:Al, I love the tradition of the Tigers, had a nephew who played for the Tigers back in the early 90's.
