  Massillon, Louisville, Lake, Dover, New Philly, West Holmes, and Wooster
  
  It was speculated by Sam Bourquin, not sure where he heard it or if there are any legs
  
  The NBC is preparing to hang Louisville out to dry by mass withdrawing and creating a new league, so this is in theory a future option for Louisville if there is anything to it (which is highly doubtful)
