Orrville vs Lexington

Riderwannabewhats the thought on this game.
-
RedRider1Spoke to our scout..said they have a good QB, but overall a team that we should be able to hang with.
I'd like to say that if we do things as we've done the first 3 weeks, we'll be ok.
Need this one as the schedule gets brutal after that.
Win 600 all-time at home would be awesome. -
rrfanI hope the kids and coaches don't think to much about win 600. It is a huge marker for the program but those type of things seem to add pressure that is not needed. This will be another great challenge for the kids and so far they have been rising to each challenge each week. Good luck Riders.

OQBI have to admit I'm surprised but very pleased with how the season has started. The OCC is always a long hard grind no matter how good or bad you are and this year is no different. Haven't heard much about Lex after the previous coach left.

Riderwannabeorrville is 3-0 now ranked 10 th in the state and no 1 cares. Lex cares and orrville better be ready or the will ge t beat. The # 10 in the state is all about the name and tradition. But the Riders better be ready or it will be a long night

Yeah we're not flying under the radar anymore. The target is back on our backs. Lex won't lay down for us because we're 3-0.Riderwannabe;1503344 wrote:orrville is 3-0 now ranked 10 th in the state and no 1 cares. Lex cares and orrville better be ready or the will ge t beat. All of the success we've had but remember that we still are owners of a 7 game OCC losing streak. Last OCC win was in 2011 vs Wooster. -

Ouch! I should have realized that, but I didn't that is a long time.RedRider1;1503663 wrote:Yeah we're not flying under the radar anymore. The target is back on our backs. Lex won't lay down for us because we're 3-0.

Old RiderIf your thinking about not attending the game because it MIGHT rain????.....Then just stay home! Our RED RIDERS have a chance to start 4-0 for the first time since 2000. Come out and support these kids. Its Friday night football...what else do you have to do?
Good luck Riders! Just remember the boys from Richland County still think you will finish 7th in the conference. It starts tonight and there are still plenty of things to prove.
Plus win #600 will look real good with a 4-0 start!
GO GET IT!!! -

-

Old RiderGO RED RIDERS!!!
-
Old RiderIt was ugly, but were 4-0 and win #600 behind us. Way to go boys!
-
FlashSo..... the score? Looked too nasty to stay, but we had momentum.

Fair weather fan? The best 8 minutes were played after everyone went home to cuddle in their blankets. I thought the refs were a little quick on the delay as the lightning appeared to be near Lake Erie and it didnt help that our coddling trainer taps the ref on the shoulder making sure he saw the weather.Flash;1504585 wrote:So..... the score? Old RiderIf I only had a doller for every time I see kids running to Audrey to rub out their boo-boo...I would be rich! SMH!!! Grow a set!!!!
Nice to see Jachai gut it out. He was playing with an obvious injury and never came out. Kept playing because the team needed him! Way to go young man! -
RedRider1Beat Triway by 5
Beat Northwest by 6
Beat Lexington by 7
3 wins by a total of 18 points.
18 points is the difference between 1-3 & 4-0.
This team finds a way to make the big play and more importantly to NOT BEAT THEMSELVES.
I got LOL'd at when I floated the idea that we could start 4-0. We were 1-9 last year they said...we have 30 kids they said....we had 3 transfers they said...we'd win 2 games they said....coaches are too stubborn to change they said...
What now haters?? Was Lex not that good either? Stuff it!! Support this team & the efforts of the kids & coaches or shut the hell up.
Next 3 games will be very tough especially with Zook & Owens both being injured....but what do we have to lose?? Maybe we upset someone.
This team has big heart, plays as 1 unit & doesn't quit. No divas on this team. -
rrfanThe thing I like most about this team is no divas. They play for each other and it is fun to see. Do we know the extent of the injuries yet?
-
RIDER DAD
Owens should be fine sounds like a hyper extension, little rest this weekend hopefully will be good to go, Zook might be a little longer probably know a little more on Monday, he is a tuff kid should be back soon.rrfan;1504677 wrote:The thing I like most about this team is no divas.
