  I see you found it, but for others struggling... It's only in SD, so if you are looking at the HD feed that may be the issue.
  Also, if you are in an area where the Reds are shown, it's on an alternate feed since the Reds will be on your normal FSN channel.

  Yep. I was looking at FSOHD, and it showed "Off Air" and had nothing and wouldn't let me set the DVR. So I went to the non-HD FSO channel, and it is there, DVR-able.

  After watching this game i see Mooney being the clear cut favorite in D3 not saying marlington isnt a great team but not on mooney's level

  Once the player is ruled down and indicated so by whistle or signal, the ball is dead and can not be recovered by either team. So it would not have mattered if another official saw the ball out prior to the whistle. I was not impressed by a few things, the fumble being one of them.
