fish82Prior to Davis' injury, I would have gone with the Cards. Without him, I like X by 10.
-
SpeedofsandJoe Bolden was a stud vs. Cocoa. Buckeye fans might be hatin him in a few years.
where is this being broadcast? online? -
Little DannyThere is a TV tape delayed broadcast on ONN at 10pm.
You can listen on radio or via on-line at wearecolerain.com, stxavier.org or Fox Sports Roadio WSAI 1360. -
Mooney44CardsI'll be there. Hope to see a good game. Cheering for the Catholics in this one though.
-
Speedofsandty Danny. No ONN for me. I'll be out at a local game anyway.
-
Little DannySt. X wins 17-14.
Colerain led at the half, but Coach Steve Specht made some halftime adjustments and the Bombers pulled out the W.
Cards could have used Chris Davis in this one. -
Mooney44CardsSt. X's defense was lights out in the 2nd half.
What a great game by two good teams. I've been to 2 HS Football games this year and both (Mooney vs. Boardman & X-Colerain) were great games! Thats what Ohio football is all about!
Also....Colerain's coach is all butt-hurt that the St. X student section was chanting "We've got Jesus!" after the game in response to Colerain's "We've got girls!". http://cincinnati.com/blogs/preps/2011/09/09/when-does-chanting-go-too-far/
AND, this "reporter" called the chanting "obnoxious" in his "unbiased" article. Dude....report on the frickin game.....this is a recap, not an opinion piece. http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20110909/SPT030101/309090122/St-Xavier-wins-absolute-classic-over-Colerain
For the record, I was over by the St. X student section after the game and didn't hear the chant OR see Colerain's coach go all sour grapes..... -
