Youngstown area question?

  When did east high school originally disband? And wen was the last time Youngstown east went to the playoffs?

  Originally disbanded in 1998, and reopened in 2007.
  
  According to the OHSAA website, East made the playoffs in 1986 and 1997.

  I miss the old Youngstown city teams ... East ,North ,South ,Rayen , Chaney .. thats a tough town

  You don't miss Wilson I miss the City Series too. It is sad what has happened to the Youngstown school system.

  I know that East and Chaney played in the playoffs in 1997.
