Yes it is the minor leagues, but the OHSAA sets up the "leagues"....so, not much we can do about it. (shrug) -

SykotykUrsuline was still the best team this weekend. Too bad St. Ed's is restricted from competing with them for the title. So unfair. St. Ed's will always have to wonder 'what if'.

skank, you sure are into celebrating mythical championships. -
coyotes22Congrats to ALL the teams that played this weekend.
It stinks to live in Stark County, and not be able to go see my Tigers play for a Championship.
I hope all fans who traveled to Stark this weekend, had a good time. What a way to end the 2010 season, and heres to looking forward to the 2011 season. -
CardsFlyinHighSkank, your forgetting Maple Heights, Buchtel, Chagrin Falls, Coldwater and Shadyside. The best football communities in the state of Ohio for this year.
-
Scarlet_BuckeyeI was thoroughly impressed with Braxton Miller last night. This kid is going to be a star.

Be Niceskank....funny, but true thread. Will the OHSAA do anything about this very unfair situation? Many of us hope so.
On a side note has anyone noticed the juvenile saying by a few on here....juice box? They must have quite a few of those around their trailers. -

You are correct, but I, being a Division I guy, usually concentrate on the big schools. But again, you are correct, congrats to those schools as well. -

I don't know if you watched the DI game last night, but the commish made comments about the disparity in DI....Numbers wise. Not a whole lot was mentioned about the Pub/Pri debate though...unless I missed it that is. -
Be NiceGreg Frey mentioned it in a "round about" way during one of the games. I play golf with Greg and have known him since 1992. He mentioned something Earl Bruce would say...If you get beat then you better work harder at your game. I somewhat agree, but it would have been more true if Greg would have added...or recruit better.
