ARCADIA — Arcadia generated 489 total yards and four different players scored touchdowns as the Redskins ended their season strong with a 40-7 Blanchard Valley Conference victory over Hardin Northern.
Lane Mellott led the way on the ground for the Redskins (4-6, 3-6), which rushed for 366 yards, with 139 yards on 11 carries and touchdowns of 32 and 37 yards.
Casey Mock was 8 of 15 passing for 88 yards and hit Trevor Colman for a 14-yard touchdown pass. He also ran for 43 yards and a 14-yard run.
Colman, who came into the night tied for the BVC lead in interceptions, did a little bit of everything for the Redskins as he threw a 35-yard pass, ran for 86 yards on three carries, caught four passes for 65 yards and intercepted two passes. He also added a 52-yard scoring scamper.
Grant Baker bulled in for a 3-yard touchdown, while Brandon Ludwig (2 interceptions) and Garrett Schling starred on the defensive side of the ball.
Dustin Duvall had 86 yards and a 3-yard touchdown run for Hardin Northern (0-10, 0-9).
