d.woods50fan.this a game is saturday at 2pm right?
-
GoChiefsSigh...the week I have to take down my sign on my front porch or get vandalized!
-
riders1So the winner plays at home week 11 the loser travels is that where it stands?
-
areyoukiddingmeI wonder if STO would take any interest in covering this Saturday afternoon game.
-
ThinthickbigredI thought it was Bellaire vs Martins Ferry . just kidding but that is a pretty good one as well
-
skankYes d.wwods saturday afternoon.
Chiefs, I've snuck around that sign a thousand times, and have yet to vandalize it.
riders 1, I have no idea, so many things could happen, i haven't seen all the scenerios.
aykm, not to sound arrogant, but you'd think ESPN would try to get this one.
ttbr, correct, there are lots of GREAT rivalries out there, and despite what anyone says or thinks, there is no wrong answer, if someone thinks Fairless/Tuslaw is the #1 rivalry....Well then that's the #1 rivalry to them.
Go Tigers, Vick the dogs. -
McKAlumni07After reading Joe Eitel this morning the Bulldogs have clinched a playoff spot and the Tigers control their own destiny.... McK sits at #3 in the region Mass sits at #4..... A lot is on the line for both teams... Can massillon get eliminated from the playoffs? Can McK keep the bell, momentum, and the home field for playoffs? McKinley has to be able to play both halves of football and not give up a big lead again. We also have to be able to stop the passing game this week.. Massillon will have to be able to step it up on defense no matter what the Bulldogs through at them to win.... Where no matter what happens im taking the Bulldogs by 14. =)

Aww..so you gotta walk by my house on your way to coyotes huh? Neat. Besides, I'm not worried about you, you can't read anyways. -
Gardens35With little doubt, Massillon-McKinley is #1.
I read somewhere that Massillon-Brantford, Ontario Canada is now #4. Go Tigers! -

Isn't that the school for the blind you are always talking about? -
Old RiderMy first Massillon-McK was at Massillon (i think the 100th year or 100th meating) Sports Illustrated did a big spread on it! Year 1994? Im sure someone can help me with that.
...anyhow, I haven't misssed a game since. The atmosphere and all the hype that goes with it is simply awesome! I never root for one over the other just enjoy watching good football.
I look forward to yet another great game between 2 great high school football programs!
Good Luck to both teams! -

I'm not sure about all that, but I think that most of the kids on the team live in Canada. I read somewhere that a QB moved in from Oregon, but I'm not positive about that.....maybe I'm thinking of somewhere else. Anyhow..........TIG -
ThinthickbigredSo if you win the bell in week 10 can you lose it in the same year in playoffs or is it just reg season thing?
-
McKAlumni07Thinthickbigred;529916 wrote:So if you win the bell in week 10 can you lose it in the same year in playoffs or is it just reg season thing?
This is just a regular season thing.. McK won in the regular season last year and Mass won in the playoffs but We still have the bell in our commons at McK... and itll look good when it stays there =) -
GoChiefsGo Bulldogs!
-
ThinthickbigredWhen the game is played at Fawcett does Massillon outdraw Canton? How about a few years ago when both were unbeaten . Was the crowd evenly split?
-
McKAlumni07Massillon Always travels well....ANYWHERE.... When both were undefeated i feel like it is split even..... And you can always tell who is winning when the sea of orange or red is leaving the stadium early.
