Spence finished 8 of 13 for 173 yards passing and also ran for 28 yards and a 7-yard touchdown.
Gabe Jones led Patrick Henry on the ground with 44 yards and a 16-yard scoring burst.
Jake Phillips had a big night for Bryan (3-4, 3-2) with 106 rushing yards and touchdown runs of 61 and 2 yards for the Golden Bears.
