-
ThinthickbigredA poll is being taken by a Cleveland TV station . Get Steubenville football more air time! www.fox8.comsports/wjwfntd-5588,postpoll

ThinthickbigredTwo joker teams are leading . I know this game should be first.
-
ts1227Ravenna/Roosevelt is a rivalry game, and both schools are actually from that area. Makes sense to me that it is getting picked simply based on geography.

Bigred1995Not sure if anyone can use the link originally posted; I know I couldn't, but here's the link used.

Sure? That would be politically correct. What would get more viewership? I guareentee we would. Same as down here . If we had a choice between Weirton vs Oak Glen on tv which is what we had last week or say some really nice Cinci teams I can tell you which game would be watched more. You rub me the wrong way Quaker. Youll get your chance to be on TV again if you can make the playoffs and last long enough. I dont predict you will be up at half this year though. -

I would rather see Big Red too, but I'm not dense enough to become upset when people from Cleveland would rather see stuff regarding teams that are actually in their viewing area as opposed to a school 2+ hours away on the river.
I would assume most everyone outside of the Steubenville city limits rub you the wrong way with your tunnel vision. -

Intellegent high school sports fans would like to see a big time game no matter who is playing. Just like when WTOV 9 does a flex game and people vote . We will get say Indian Creek vs say Bellaire instead of say Dover vs New Philly because people from those two schools will all vote ,but if they put the Dover NP game on it would get more viewing because people like to see rivarly games . Its a no win deal. Ill watch FOX out of Pittsburgh because they have good matchups. I just like to see good football teamsts1227;510235 wrote:I would rather see Big Red too, but I'm not dense enough to become upset when people from Cleveland would rather see stuff regarding teams that are actually in their viewing area as opposed to a school 2+ hours away on the river.

RedRider1It's not like they're broadcasting the game....just the "feature" during their highlight show on Friday night. They never interview coaches or players...just an extra 30 seconds of highlights or so.

coyotes22Like Massillon or Steubenville need any more air time.
Let the little guys get the spot light some time too!!
