MOUNT BLANCHARD — Defending North Central Conference champ Wynford churned out nearly 500 yards of total offense and the Royals handed Riverdale a 44-13 NCC loss Friday night at D. Ray Baum Field.
Wynford (6-0 overall, 3-0 NCC), which was ranked third in the latest Associated Press Division VI poll, ran for 301 yards and six touchdowns as the Royals won their 44th consecutive regular season game and 43rd consecutive game in the NCC.
Caleb Miller ran for 152 yards and touchdowns of 5, 77 and 3 yards.
Zach Chatlain gained 119 yards on the ground and scored from 1, 3 and 1 yards away.
Brady Weber was 22 of 36 passing for 192 yards and two touchdowns.
Austin Cook, who led Riverdale (3-3, 0-3) with 70 yards receiving, caught a 43-yard touchdown and Weber found Anthony Fox for a 13-yard strike.
