northview dominated the whole first half of this football game. they came out and shoved the ball down rogers throats. one thing about rogers is that they have a small defense, northviews offense isnt the biggest but by god the are quick up front, i havent seen a powerful team like that before from northview in a long time... the first drive they kept running to the right side behind their 210 pound tackle and 290 pound guard, i believe its kleinert and hojonacki. two mean kids that arent afraid to hit. crampton had an excellent game running in the first half abviously behind that quick line. Now the second half was all rogers, they came out hot and wanted to make a statement. nv stops them first drive gets the ball back and they were playing with their 2nd team left guard, 3rd team right guard, and 2nd team tackle, this is why nv couldnt run at all, they wanted to rest their starters for defense to preserve the win, also mike hojonacki got hurt on that first drive which hurt their running. rogers made an impressive comeback but they werent as disciplined as nv was. getting a HUGE 15 yard unsportsmen like penalty in in nvs red zone killed them. at the end of the night northview was the better team and that is why they won, and from what i heard i guess these two teams play for a trophy of some kind, so nv won the trophy, congrats to all those nv players and goodluck to you this year. this nv team could easily be 3-0 just think about that.
