    CAVS WIN 114-108

thought golden state would try to foul at the end, they kinda just gave up

What the hell was GS doing that last defensive possession???

Love seeing Bron talking to young Steph Curry.

Bron has been talking to a lot of young players after games. He talked to Eric Maynor after the Utah game as well..

yea, its like he's the self-annointed godfather of the nba lol

Not self-annointed. He is the guy that those young players want to learn from right now...so it's cool that he takes his time to talk with them.

GREAT win by the Cavs tonight. I say that because of injuries and the way guys stepped it up and scored the basketball. LeBron was seeing passing lanes all over tonight and they knocked them down. Got sloppy on defense towards the end but they sucked it up and finished it. I love this win, it's one of those games that great teams find a way to win when they aren't 100% and they don't play their best ball--granted, offensively, they played a great first half.

I don't know why Golden State didn't foul at the end, and why they took a 2 down 6 with their last shot. I could see Nelson just telling them to let it go, he's weird like that.

Pumped from what I got from Curry tonight for fantasy though! :)

I was at work and had no idea Andy missed the game too..

Really speaks volumes for our depth.

Any word on Moon? I saw someone posted earlier that he was hurt.. Was it minor?

I also saw that we'll have NO Shaq and NO Andy again for the game against Washington.

Hickson played lights out. Awesome to see, I knew he could play like this all along and I'm glad he's getting the chance now. He's quickly making the talk about getting an athletic 4 who can score the ball go away. Which is what I tried to tell everyone a long time ago, he's it and we don't have to make a move or offer a max. And another reason I don't mind seeing Andy and Shaq down right now, other than the fact that their injuries aren't serious, is to get Z going. Big fella played a solid game tonight as well. I'm not ready to give up on him like everyone else and I really don't want to see him get traded--if this team is able to win a ring he deserves it more than anyone on that roster.

Moon will be fine. It could be worse than it looked but it just looked like he rolled it pretty good. Probably take a couple games off and let it heal up, no need to rush him back because Delonte looked good again tonight too. As did Parker.

Good win, Morrow and Randolph are gonna be really good in a couple years. If they really suck and get one of the best bigs in next years draft they could be right where OKC is talentwise.

Darnell is turrible, disappointing he hasn't improved although he needs more minutes of meaningful gametime. Z looked much better tonight.
  • SQ_Crazies
Yeah Darnell just needs to play, he could be solid but he won't be if he doesn't get minutes. But he isn't going to get them here--hopefully anyways, unless we take on a bunch of injuries. But he's a good guy to have on our bench for certain situations.
  • hoops23
Well, to be fair, Darnell was a second round pick.

He hasn't gotten many minutes this year, so to be out there today there had to be some rust, especially when you're not the GOAT.

He has the ability to be a very solid role player because of his wide frame and ability to hit the 15 foot jumper.

I agree about GSW though. They need to get rid of Nellie and some of the problematic players, then bring in a good coach and some solid role players to complement the young talent they have.
  • SQ_Crazies
Nelson is a good coach in the right situation--that isn't the right situation. As much as I respect Sloan and Karl, if Nelson was the coach of the Jazz or Nuggets--look out.
  • hoops23
    I disagree.

*George Karl is a Tar Heel so he's automatically > Nelson

Jerry Sloan is the man. One of the best coaches in the game and he'd have his championship had it not been for Jordan... (a few teams can say that though).

*Disclaimer: George Karl is not a great coach, and often times makes some foolish decisions, but he's still a Tar Heel ;)
  • SQ_Crazies
Oh Jerry Sloan is definitely the man. But that roster would be even better with Nellie IMO.
