NFL Draft Prospect is a sex offender
-
LJBecause he did it with his sister
http://www.sportsfanlive.com/sflreports/entry/sportsfanlive_com_exclusive_lineman_sTony Washington, an o-line prospect from Division II Abilene Christian, impressed at the NFL Combine. However, like many prospects before him, a crime committed in his teen years might derail him, only this one involves having sex with his sister.
SportsFanLive's Jenna Laine has the exclusive. It seems that Washington, now 24, is a registered sex offender in Texas, and according to Laine's sources, it's because he was convicted in May 2003 of having consensual sex with his 15-year-old sister. It's a sad story. A former coach says
Washington comes from a "dysfunctional" home and that he "skipped a phase, so to speak, in his emotional development." Scouts seem to have some doubts about Washington. And I'll admit, this part does give me pause:
The sister does not wish to speak publicly on the case, according to Washington's agent, who added that the siblings are now on good terms.
Wasn't that the problem in the first place? Boom. Roasted. -
Nate15 year old sister?!
-
j_crazyconsensual bro. FUBAR but consensual.

Lovejoy1984Shouldn't be much longer to Capone gets here to say the Bengals should sign him.

Have you read anything about the kid. It's bad but without a home life at 16 anything can happen. He has confronted this issue since he was 16 instead of trying to hide it. Yes because he had too but it still doesn't make his journey any easier. Sounds like he deserves a shot.

I never said he didn't deserve a shot. I was "ugh"ing to someone saying that this isn't an issue. Of course it's an issue, he partook in INCEST. There are tons of studies that show that incest causes many many mental issues down the road for both parties involved. It's a giant red flag and any contract should include mandatory counselingjust_a_swimmer wrote:Have you read anything about the kid. It's bad but without a home life at 16 anything can happen. Having kids in a incestual relationship can cause problems, but not just partaking in it.LJ wrote:

Lots worse things I can think of he could be guilty of. -

Ben Roethlisberger was also hitting James Harrison's wife, although not in a manner that would be classified as "domestic violence".HighRoller74 wrote:

Al CaponeThen James Harrison took his frustration out on another drunken Browns fan, body slamming his sorry ass to the ground.

Jim Brown was pissed that he didn't beat him to it so he took a shovel to Ben's car. Then he beat the shit out of Ben while they played golf together.GoChiefs wrote:
