Wedgie, best regular season record doesn't equate to best team.
If a team kicks your ass 7 out of 10 times, it's time to concede the fact.
Upsets don't happen in a 7 game series. I'm sorry, but the better team prevails by winning 4 times out of 7. It's not a one and done scenario where the inferior team may get that lucky hot streak or few bounces that go their way to pull off an upset..
Last season, our bench wasn't that great, especially compared to this years bench. Ultimately, what we say on Free Huddle doesn't mean shit to Danny Ferry. He doesn't read this stuff.. He obviously felt the need to upgrade. If you don't think we didn't have a height discrepancy last season, then I don't know what to tell ya..
Train...the horse is dead on the subject. You have your opinion, and I have mine.
Try telling your story to Mark Cuban's Maverick team a few years ago...when the Mavs won 67 regular season games and Golden State upset them in 6 games as a number 8 seed.
Did people claim that the Warriors were better than the 67-15 Mavs?
I have cited too many instances to count. Before even I was around, the tribe won went 111 and 43 in 54....only to be swept by the lowly NY Giants.
This whole "pile on Footwedge huddle rage" started because I got a little sick and tired of the Cavalier bashing last year. An issue that you agreed with over the course of last year's incredible season.
It escalated when the most negative Cav poster here, Devil666, started his pudwhacking over the potential addition of Antawn Jamison. I took exception to his "God complex" as the huddle GM.
I don't come here to win popularity contests...never have...never will. That's what is good about the internet....and separates from the daily grind of the real world.
