The pic was with the officer who first investigated him.
  • Al Capone
Again. Big Deal. The pics were taking well before the little slut filed her complaint.

Read this and you can see for yourself what kind of hack John Steigerwald is:

He edited his orginal entry because some of those points were flat out lies!

Thank God that all accused people aren't judged the way you and the other haters have judged Ben on this thread........we'd have to build more jails and prisons to hold them!:s

Big Ben went down to Georgia. :)

rock--I'm from NWO and would like nothing more than to show Big Ben some love, but come on now--even the most ardent Steeler fan has to know something's wrong here--very wrong.

Maybe there is but maybe there isn't. I've posted this many times, if Ben is charged and convicted then I'll pass judgement.

    He may catch a break.

Podunkville Police don't seem to be very efficient.

I'm sure he will get away with this one. I don't think he was guilty of the first time but I'd put money on the 2nd one.

Of course I'd like for him to be playing football again next year but I want him to clean up his act if there is an act for him to clean up, rather than get off and go on down the same path.

I think the Rooneys may be thinking the same and could even initiate some type of punishment/suspension, if nothing happens on the legal end.

"Ben went down to Georgia, he was lookin for a girl to feel."

    CLASSIC.

So has he even been charged with anything yet?

No, and we don't even know what the specific allegation is.

Seems there are about 3 means, for lack of a better word, to committing sexual assault in Georgia - force, coercion, and "manipulation". Assume manipulation to mean the use of alcohol or drugs, or emotional abuse. And sexual assault could range anywhere from an allegation of an unwanted kiss to rape.

In other words, just to illustrate, her allegation could be he kept buying her drinks so she would consent to letting him grab her ass. Entirely possible this whole thing would have been dismissed the following day if TMZ hadn't blown it up, which would explain why the police report that was released contained surprisingly little information, but now they want to go through all the motions to avoid any accusations of impropriety.

It was also reported that the ''victims'' friends posted on facebook that this was nothing but a scam. The authorities made them remove it. Is Ben guilty of rape? NO. Is Ben guilty of being an arrogant, stupid, rude son ofa bitch? YES!. I was hoping after the Vegas incident that He would change. I would hope that this episode wakes him up and he realizes what he has and what he can lose. I am sure that the Rooneys will sit him down and advise him that if he as much as spits on a sidewalk, he will no longer be a Steeler.

I found that interesting, but without any proof it's no different from all the other rumors flying.

And while you might think sorority sisters all stick together, I think the reality is they can be pretty nasty and hold grudges. But calling her a slut would be one thing, calling it a scam is something entirely different. Again, since it was taken down, we don't really know what was said. Of course, nothing posted on the web can ever truly be erased.

She also lawyered up pretty quickly, which possibly lends some credence to this being a scam (watch her sue everyone in sight - Ben, his body guards, the bar(s), the police).

Honest question.. You are sexually assaulted by somebody you will never see again in your life. Would you rather see them locked up in jail or be financially set the rest of your life?

Regardless, he sure sure sounds like one hard up son of a bitch.

Bingo, even if there's info in Ben's defense how in the world does anyone know it's true? That's why I keep saying let the process play itself out but to some on here think that's being a homer. Even if that Facebook story is true, the media will concentrate on the allegations because that's where the ratings are.

You Clown fans wish you had a qb with half the talent Ben has. If the Steelers would cut him, the Clowns would sign him and a heartbeat.

Browns probably wouldn't let him hang around a bunch of 20 year olds either ;)
