Does Marquis Daniels have a higher IQ than 78?

  • Sage
Well, all I can say is: Thank God Marquis Daniels is healthy, Celtic Nation! What a game changer! What a competitor! I told all the Celtic haters out there WAIT UNTIL QUIS IS BACK ON THE FLOOR. U DO NOT KNOW WHAT QUIS BRINGS TO THIS TEAM!

Thankfully, our prayers have been answered!!!!!!!

    ------------------

Now, to the question at hand..... does Marquis Daniels have an IQ higher than 78?

    Consider the following.

    - He had a replica of his head made and encrusted it in diamonds and rare metals.

    - He has two tattoos. One of a caricature of a man blowing his head off with a shotgun on his lower right arm, and Chinese characters on his other arm which were intended to represent his initials, but translate to English as "healthy woman roof".

    - He is a rapper. His hit single was entitled "Pussy and Patron."

    - He looks like this:

    - He plays for the Celtics.

The answer is no, no he does not.

Hell not even T.O. is cocky enough to get some jewels made of himself, and like he so famously said. " I love me, some me"

lol he looks like freakshow in the longest yard

Sounds like 78 is being generous

actually Pacman Jones was the one who said I love me some me. Marquis Daniels does not look like he's a smart individual....however he is smart enough to rope teams into paying large amounts of money for his average NBA basketball ability so he is a genius in that regard.

Thanks for mentioning me, I feel honored. Now I don't have to like what he does off the court but many NBA analyst and coaches around the league have said that he has one the best basketball IQ's in the league. He just hasn't been healthy for a full season it's always a freak injury here or there. If you've watched any of the games when he has been in there Daniels does provide a lift of the bench. So just because he isn't a starter or average 20+ points a game doesn't mean that he can't provide a much needed lift for the 2nd unit. The past 4 games w/ having traded House and Giddens when Rondo goes to the bench we have to rely on Tony Allen to handle the ball and god knows that is a experiment gone wrong. So when Nate Robinson plays (Hopefully tomorrow night) Daniels will do the same thing House did find shooters or allow others to play off of him. It's funny though when I defend the Celtics or a player from the team I am whining and complaining but when there are threads about Kobe or LeBron whining or complaining about calls the people who are doing the talking are just backing up their favorite player/team. It's all good though I've always been a Celtics fan and will ALWAYS be a Celtics fan.

As Clark Kellogg and Quinn Buckner have said a few times over the years on Pacer broadcasts....and Im paraphrasing:

"Man, Keesy! So much talent, so many dumb shots"

I would say they were right, the guy has a ton of talent (although he cant shoot a lick from outside of 20 feet). He actually is a pretty smart player. But he tries to do way to much on the offensive end. I for one was not too upset when the Pacers let him go. He does has the ability to really help your team win with a HUGE offensive outburst about 1 in 10 games :D

My mistake. I think Pac-Man may have said it as well which is where I got that idea but apparently T.O. said it first. Not surprising haha.
