Proud Moments in Boston Celtic Fandom History

There is literally no reason I would ever become a Cavs fan, aside from Kobe going there... which would be dumb.

I've only be to Cleveland a few times, and I honestly don't have a desire to ever go back, and that has nothing to do with sports.

Sage does have a point about something though. If the Cavs win a title, the city will rejoice. If the Lakers don't 3peat, I'll be bummed. I fully expected them to beat Boston and start the dynasty then, only to have it delayed a year.

I think I will refrain from this argument...because I wouldn't want to destroy a mentally unstable, delusional man.

If you listen closely to a Lakers game, you can hear the sound of texting on a blackberry...it's pretty hysterical.

But then again, Paul Pierce aint no MVP.

To expand, Kobe's a Philly guy in a Lakers uniform that was getting MVP chants in Beantown(double whammy to Boston). Pierce is from Inglewood, of course the backyard to the Lakers former home, The Fabulous Forum.

We support our team and our true fanbase is easily the most knowledgable fanbase in the league. While we do have our groupies (as all successful people do), don't judge us based on those idiots. Also, don't judge us on the Cholos either.
Really? Is that why you cry and complain and start threads about other teams when they beat the Lakers? Get a life your act is dull and your so-called points make no sense.

Celtic fans have also been known to chant Beat LA...to the76ers when it was obvious that they would advance over the Celtics....I think it is called class.....
  • Sage
LOL. Boston and "class" should never be put in the same sentence unless the words "has no" appears between them.

Get the fuck out of here. Don't ever trash the City of Cleveland, your soul will be cursed for eternity.

Secondly, I remember EXACTLY how you fucktards acted when LA lost to Boston. You guys went ape shit. Don't try and sell this bull shit that it doesn't matter to you.

Last season you guys were all rejoicing about a Lakers title. I don't know how many idiots you think post here, but I'm not one of them.

Get the fuck outta here with that.
  • hoops23
Oh, and consider you LA fucktards EXPOSED!

LA rioting after winning the title last year...

Yeah, "it's just another title"... "LA is ho-hum about winning titles"..

    LMAO!

    I call mierda(de toro).
  • Sage
As I said, don't judge us on the cholos or the groupies. Those are cholos and groupies.

Do you really believe the words you type?

How can you talk class...do you realize that you have used the F word more times on this thread than I have since 1991?

What's with all the dynasty talk????

By my definition there have only been two dynasties in NBA history.....The Celtics most dominant run in sports history and the Bulls under Jordan.

Damn...I did it....why I just couldn't follow my own advice, I will never know. Don't worry, I promise not to leave an emotional scar.

    Rape.
  • Sage
Yea the Lakers 00-02 run wasn't a dynasty. LOL.

How many franchises in NBA history have won 3 in a row?
  • Speedofsand
I went to a Celtics - Magic game in Orlando when Bird was in his prime. Orlando led by 5 most of the game. Bird took over in the 4th qtr scoring over 21 of his 43 pts. Boston won in the last minute, 127-124. It was a blast.

    "3 titles in a row isn't a dynasty."

Today's Latest Chapter in "Proud Moments in Boston Celtic Fandom History

Came to the S&E Library on OSU's campus today to kill some time before Swahili class.

When there are too many people for the computer's, a line forms.

There's one computer, however...that's always open. It's because there's a giant HANDICAPPED placard on it. It's rarely used, but, nobody uses it--like a hadicapped parking spot. There was a line today, but you just gotta be patient and you'll be there in no time.

In waddled a fellow who was like WHY IS NOBODY USING THIS? I pointed out that there was a handicapped placard on it.

The dude shrugged and sat down anyway.

He is wearing a Boston Celtics "NBA Champions" hat that looks like he bought it at K-Mart.

He's now been sitting there for over a half hour.

These are the types of people you flock with, Celtics fans. I hope you're proud.

And he was on the Huddle as I walked out.

    Hahahahahaaahaaah.
