Cavs @ Pacers 1/29/10

ytownfootballCavs travel to Indiana and the Pacers
Cavs coming off a win Wed. against Minnesota
Pacers coming off a loss to the Lakers on the same day -
mallymal614Cavs take this one. As far as I remember, Cleveland really never loses a game to a team they aren't suppose to.
-
hangonsloopyThey have lost quite a few they shouldn't have this year. Unlike last year they are winning the games against the quality teams. I'll take Cleveland tonight though.

Yea they've lost a few they definitely shouldn't have...raptors, bulls, wiz, bobcats, the grizz. They're not blowin these lousy teams out like last year, they're scraping by them, but winning the games against the top level teams, like as said earlier, is all that really matters.mallymal614 wrote: Cavs take this one. Laley23Cavs should role. Pacers are really starting to give their young players a chance. Hibbert has been playing very well this year, but I think Shaq will get him in foul trouble in the first quarter.
Outside Granger, the Pacers dont have a game changer. The fact that AJ Price is getting big minutes shows where this team is at right now... -
jpake1LBJ for 47 tonight. The Pacers are the saddest organization IMO. The record doesn't show it, but I hate how they run their show. They're notorious for not playing players they don't want anymore. Each year I feel like another front office could get a lot more out of their teams than the actual front office guys could.

wes_mantoothCavs win 132-68.
-
wildcats20Lakers pretty much dominated the 2nd half of the game on Wednesday. I expect much of the same from Bron and the Cavs tonight. Close, hard fought first half and then the 2nd half will be ALL Cavs.
Cavs 107-86 -
ytownfootballI'm hoping LeBron goes for about 18-5-4 and a lot of rest in the 4th.
-
devil1197Exactly, I'd rather have LeBron resting up 20 in the 4th with him having 12 points.
-
ytownfootballLots of action going to go thru Shaq it looks like.
-
devil1197ytown, expect a lot more come playoff time!
-
ytownfootballCav's lighting things up, up 36-18 after one
LBJ with 9 assists -
Lovejoy1984Lebron may not play much more than a half today.
-
ytownfootballShaq is schoolin' hard...
-
Lovejoy1984Cavs up 47-24 with 9 mins left to go.
Shaq is playing like a beast! -
ytownfootballCav's win it going away after a torrid first quarter, 94-73
LeBron
23 pts.
9 rebs
13 asst
5 blks
couple steals
Shaq was dominant, he schooled Hibbert badly and had him in foul trouble early -
daveCrazy rebounding numbers for the cavs. 19 assists and 20 turnovers is not good though. Cavs should win out til the break but my guess is they drop 1.
-
karen lotz61 total rebounds for the cavs right? Some pretty bad shooting from the Pacers. ESPN's boxscore has LBJ at 23/10/13/4/2.
Also, that was about the best Shaq has looked all season, granted he was going against guys like Troy Murphy and Dunleavy -
ytownfootball23 is right I was wrong on that, unless they changed his rebound total though, he was one short of the triple double.
-
SQ_CraziesBottom line of ESPN said triple double for a minute and then when it came back around it said 9 boards.
-
karen lotzyeah but who knows on the other totals...halfway through the 4th quarter the Indiana scorekeeper had credited LeBron with only 1 block, even though he had 3 very clear blocks. I could see them being off by a rebound or two. Either way he had a good all around game, minus shot selection and the resulting shooting %
-
ytownfootballThe hi-lite blocks showed 5, he did have another that was called goal tending, but that would have made 6. The boards at 9 will stand.
Good night though, turnovers really sucked by I attribute that to being up so much for so long. -
SQ_CraziesThe one block that was called goal tending was definitely clean too.
-
ytownfootballI thought so, it was close, well, just as close as the one they let stand anyway.
