  I understand this. A civil trial awards money and a criminal trial doesnt. Saying Kobe did what other star athletes have all done is wrong too. Because they all havent paid millions to avoid this like Kobe had to do. Did he buy the wifey a 4 mill ring out of the goodness of his heart?
