Dude you're trying to start a big shit fest and its not going to happen. Everyone knows you act like a bitch 99.9% of the time on here so move along.Sage wrote: and when i say "locked up the #1 pick" i mean david stern fixing the draft for the cavs to save professional basketball in cleveland bcuz their fans were so weak
Go start a thread about how soft the Lakers are right now, its a huge problem imo. -
Sagelakers aint soft. we just got our full roster back last week and were in the game until pau gasol fucking choked.
it's january. if the playoffs were tomorrow i might be concerned, but yea. this team is full of vets who realize the difference between january games and june games. -

The Lakers, Steelers, Cowgirls, and Red Wings are some of the biggest band wagon fan bases in the nation.Eric Taylor wrote: The majority of Cavs "fans" are the biggest bandwagon jumpers I have ever seen.
Cavs fans, not so much. Cleveland sports have never struggled to sell tickets and put fans in the seats. -
devil1197You were in the game with two players from the Cavaliers (Williams 28 points/Moon 13 points on XMas) out lol.
The Lakers were soft on Christmas and soft last night. You let JJ FUCKING HICKSON get 14 rebounds.
Keep thinking these games don't mean anything, us Cavs fans did it last year when we sucked against top competition in the reg. season. We didn't think the beat downs from LA, ORL, and BOS mean't anything concerning the playoffs. -

Most of our guys are "vets" when it comes to the Playoffs now, as well. I'm not concerned.Sage wrote: lakers aint soft. we just got our full roster back last week and were in the game until pau gasol fucking choked.

It's going to be interesting if we get a Championship matchup. -
Sage
the only difference is our team is filled with guys that have all won rings, with the exception of ron artest.devil1197 wrote: You were in the game with two players from the Cavaliers (Williams 28 points/Moon 13 points on XMas) out lol.

You have to take a shot at the STEELERS ha. While if the clowns ever won more than 5 games a year they would get some fans also.DaBrowns41 wrote:

What Cleveland fans have been spouting off about the W? Hell I wasn't even on last night to talk about the W.
We all know its the regular season. -

So should we read something from the fact that Cleveland is 0-2 vs the Bobcats?devil1197 wrote: You were in the game with two players from the Cavaliers (Williams 28 points/Moon 13 points on XMas) out lol.

You might see them in the Playoffs.
Soft teams don't win NBA Championships and the Lakers are the same team except for Artest replaced Ariza, now tell me Ariza is tougher than Artest. -
devil1197
Sky, you honestly think the Lakers haven't been soft against Cleveland in both matchups? Please try to have a serious conversation right now.Skyhook79 wrote:

The way a team plays another team in the regular season has no bearing on how they will play them if they meet in the Finals. When you play a team in a 7 game series everything is more focused and more time spent gameplanning. When you see a team 2 times out of 82 you don't spend that kind of time.devil1197 wrote:

Look at LA vs Orlando last year regular season and LA vs Orlando Finals
or look at Cleve vs SA regular season and Cleve vs SA Finals. -
Sagewe werent beat in a way thats going to happen 4 out of 7 times.
first game we got beat because everybody not named lebron shot 103% from the field. that won't happen in the playoffs, esp. given the cavs supporting cast history.
the second game, we were in it until pau choked on a dick, and even then, it was a 5 pt loss to an elite team in the league in one of the hardest places to play.
we werent fundamentally eviscerated like the cavs were last year with the magic. -
SQ_CraziesI agree with you skyhook, point is had the Lakers won this game your line would have been much different. Just like Kobe, Laker fans always find ways around looking bad.
-
devil1197I can say the reverse.
Look at Orlando vs. Cavs regular season, then look at the postseason.
Game planning or not, the Cavs are a more physical team overall and I think it will be a problem later on. LA had the advantage last year with size and strength, not this year. Plus Cleveland will add Powe, another strong PF that will take JJ's minutes and not let Pau back him down. -
SQ_Crazies
AKA you lost. Bottom line frontrunner.Sage wrote: we werent beat in a way thats going to happen 4 out of 7 times.

Dude the Cavs were without their 2nd leading scorer and another player who is solid overall. Games may be closer when you lose 41 points from the previous contest.Sage wrote: we werent beat in a way thats going to happen 4 out of 7 times.

tell me again y i should be fundamentally concerned about a loss in january again? -
SQ_CraziesNo one said you should be concerned but had the Lakers won you'd be all over us about it.
-
Sageno i would have stayed classy and been like
good game cavs see u in june
just like i did last year when you guys were crying about ODOMINATION pwning the fuck out of u in the 3rd quarter and kobe hitting a fadeaway over the "MVP" from the elbow to ice the win
see i win with class cuz i done been there
im a sore loser because if ur not a sore loser then ur just a loser
which is the opposite view of cavs "fans" -

Cavs went 0-2 last season against the Lakers and destroyed the Bobcats each game..
Now this season, the Cavs are 2-0 against the Lakers and 1-2 against the Bobcats. Yes, 1-2...
What's it mean?
The Cavs will be beating the Nuggets in 6 games in the Finals. -

Not having Bynum hurt the Lakers ability to bang with Boston. Bynum played Howard very, very tough.dazedconfused wrote:
