I know he's a fan favorite, and Tito is loyal to a fault with his vets, but I'd rather see Urshela out there with Ramirez at 2nd. You get almost nothing out of Urshela offensively but he is much better defensively than Kipnis and it's not like Kip is tearing the cover off the ball.vball10set;1866274 wrote:I can't believe I'm saying this, cause I've been a huge Kipnis fan ever since he was with Columbus, but maybe it's time to cut bait with him. He's injured more than not, and he's not getting any younger. -
Crimson streak
We might see yandy back up. He's been tearing it up in the minors I think he's worth to give another shotBR1986FB;1866276 wrote:I know he's a fan favorite, and Tito is loyal to a fault with his vets, but I'd rather see Urshela out there with Ramirez at 2nd. Con_AlmaCarasco carries a no hitter through 6&2/3. He and Kluber are having a great second half thus far.

Carrasco has been awful in the second half lol. ERA approaching 7 before tonight.Con_Alma;1866357 wrote:Carasco carries a no hitter through 6&2/3. He and Kluber are having a great second half thus far.
Bauer and Salazar on the other hand have been pretty stellar, and Kluber is obvious. -

This got me to thinking about Wayne Garland's contract so I looked it up:Gardens35;1866474 wrote:SMH..........remember when Catfish Hunter signed something like a 6 year 3 Million Dollar deal with the Yankees...........Outrageous!
1977: 10 years, $2.3 million.

vball10setKlubot doing his best Z-Mac impression today--I haven't seen him 'struggle' like this since April. Our offense is going to have to keep putting up runs if we're going to avoid a split.
-
vball10setKipnis looked completely lost is his two ab's today--something still ain't right.
Allen in for the save, and I wish I could say that with confidence... -
iclfan2Got it. Only got to see the bottom of the 9th today.

GOONx19I read on twitter that Zimmer is hitless in August with 12 strikeouts.
