I know he's a fan favorite, and Tito is loyal to a fault with his vets, but I'd rather see Urshela out there with Ramirez at 2nd. You get almost nothing out of Urshela offensively but he is much better defensively than Kipnis and it's not like Kip is tearing the cover off the ball.

We might see yandy back up. He's been tearing it up in the minors I think he's worth to give another shot

Carasco carries a no hitter through 6&2/3. He and Kluber are having a great second half thus far.

Carrasco has been awful in the second half lol. ERA approaching 7 before tonight.

Bauer and Salazar on the other hand have been pretty stellar, and Kluber is obvious.

Maybe so but nobody rocked that uniform like Boog Powell.

    Silent George Hendrick

Frank Robinson styled that uniform well.

This got me to thinking about Wayne Garland's contract so I looked it up:

    1977: 10 years, $2.3 million.

    Go Tribe.

Klubot doing his best Z-Mac impression today--I haven't seen him 'struggle' like this since April. Our offense is going to have to keep putting up runs if we're going to avoid a split.
  • vball10set
Kipnis looked completely lost is his two ab's today--something still ain't right.

Allen in for the save, and I wish I could say that with confidence...
  • iclfan2
Got it. Only got to see the bottom of the 9th today.

However......we won. Which is what a first place team does.

    Go Tribe.

I had to work but here is the rundown:
    Klubot being Klubot
    Allen solid save
Austin Jackson good (no more Almonte please and thank you)
Jay Bruce gives Double E some much needed help batting 5th
    Party at Rocco Baldelli's
    Go Tribe

I read on twitter that Zimmer is hitless in August with 12 strikeouts.
