Rocky Mountain High.....Tribe @ Rockies

  • Benny The Jet
Clev's not going to get far when he's only throwing 1 pitch for a strike, which is a 93 mph fastball belt high.

And a reason for BRF to get on the soap box and say down with the DH.

In addition, I don't see a Reds thread tonight so I'll just use this opportunity to say congratulations to Grennett on his 4 homer game!

As I type, Chiz with a solo homer to put the Tribe on the board.

I am guessing precautionary because Robertson is out of options and is playing really well and until last night Clevinger was also very good.

    Not much Tribe chatter.

Down 4-0. Haven't seen a pitch but assuming Bauer hasn't been great in giving up 4.

    Go Cavs.

That throw and tag from Blackmon to Arenado was impressive.

The foul ball by CarGo? Yikes. Not far from leaving the damn stadium.

    Bauer lasts 3.1 inning--pathetic.

Question...who's our clubhouse leader this season? It was unquestionably Napoli last season, but quite honestly, I don't see anyone (at least publicly) stepping up.

Interesting......hmmmmm..... AND the reason I hate baseball these days.

Well, we done with you released and see ya.

Same with Davis. After what he did last year IMO HUGE mistake not to sign him.

But, no, we have to let them go and try to "do better".

I'm not a "lucky" thread starter. So much for that...lol

On a side note, imo this had been the most disappointing team in baseball to date.

Cubs in the exact same boat. Near-identical record after being the best in baseball last year.

At least the Cubs have been playing better lately and look like they're coming out of their funk. I'm not extremely concerned (just disappointed) with the Tribe as they play in a craptastic division.

    I'll take 66% over Detroit's 28%, Minnesota's 21%, etc, etc.

Last year proved that all they need to do is get in. They caught lightning in a bottle and got hot at the right time, sneaking up on the Jays & BoSox.
