best nfl rivalries

Just saw in NFL network Ravens vs. Steelers was voted #1 in a landslide. Bears vs. Packers voted #2, which imo (simply because of the history) should be top.

What ya think is the best rivalry?

Pats vs. the rest of league?

I'm not sure. Nothing really stands out to me as the best rivalry anymore.

A few years ago I would have said Pitts/Baltimore because for a stretch, those games were awesome. Hit after hit after hit.

    Pitt/Baltimore isn't what it was.

    I really don't know. Maybe Titans/Vikings or Bills/Buccaneers

It's hard to go against a divisional rivalry, but I'd throw Green Bay vs Seattle in there.

If not for radical changes, I would've also voted Seattle/San Francisco. It was very good for 2-3 years.

Unfortunately, the Browns "rivalry" has gone from "Cleveland/Pittsburgh" to hoping they can beat teams like the Jags, Raiders, Titans & Buccaneers. :(

Seahawks and 49ers was entertaining for a couple years. It's hard to think of a good rivalry because unless both teams are good then who cares. I'd go with Patriots vs Broncos. Both teams and quarterbacks have been on top of the AFC for a while.

Pitt-Balti probably deserves it just because they're in the same division and both teams have matched up so damn often in the playoffs over the past decade or so. Turning the typical two games per season into three every couple years with the third having a lot on the line is what turns a rivalry into a blood feud.

Besides, other rivalries that pop into my head either were short-term (like the mentioned Seattle-SF), haven't had the same relevance due to one or more teams not being good (Dallas-Washington comes to mind, or Pitt-Cleve), are more or less pure postseason-only or are one-sided (Rex Ryan vs. New England, where he's all pumped up and talking trash and they just go out and beat him again and again while essentially ignoring his chirping).
