2015-16 NBA Thread

The whistles GS gets are just stupid. Thompson slips and falls trying to make a move, foul, and it's shooting too.. it's just absurd

told myself I really DGAF about the all star, but 2 raptors, Isiah Thomas, and two heat players over the Cavs bring teh lulz. Ok NBA, you think Lowry, IT, and Derozen are better than KI and Love? Lets hold a fantasy draft for the rest of the season, better pick those scrubs over both.

Alright, back to NGAF about the all star voting.

KI was hurt most of the season; no chance he is getting an all-star bid even if he is of all star caliber.

Love? On no planet is a Cleveland Cavalier Love an all-star.

They reward stats, which correlates with opportunity on the team. Kyrie doesn't deserve it, but...

If Kyrie was on Boston he would average 25+ PPG.

I don't doubt you one bit. Kyrie would put up league leading stats on another team.

I couldn't care less about the all star game, but this east squad is trash. They might lose by 50.

Good win last night against the Pistons.

Haha honestly though guise, the Pistons are a scorer away from being title contenders.

    1961-62 Wilt Chamberlain

    Amirite?

Isiah Thomas has been money this year. Obviously no ones taking him over Kyrie, but there's no disputing he's had a better year than Kyrie this year.

Clippers destroy the Bulls and 5 players with 16+ points, including Austin Rivers

    I think they hit 17 3s. They couldn't miss.

Figured the would struggle as Butler usually (I thought) slows down Redick but Redick had 21 and Jekyll and Hyde Crawford went off for 26 so everyone hitting makes perimeter impossible to guard

Kyrie has played in like 12 games or so...
  • Azubuike24
    He's definitely had a better year. C'mon.

Kyrie is having a better year than Embiid. Shump had a better year than Paul George last year.

"C'mon" can't you see how dumb that logic is? The point is Isaiah isn't even close to the level of player that Kyrie is. It's a waste of breath to compare the two.

I think the only comparing anyone is doing is simply stating that based on this year's performances, one is more worthy to be an all-star, as Kyrie has missed a bit over half the year and doesn't have any sort of statistical advantage where one could say he showed more in 20 games than Thomas did over an entire season.

Of course, this is the sort of thing where I don't know why anyone would care. With his injury history, I don't know why anyone would want him playing in a meaningless exhibition, as opposed to getting a couple days to rest his body for games that actually do matter. And I think the All-Star Game will be borderline unwatchable to levels approaching the NFL Pro Bowl, since the fans voted Kobe's corpse in, so the entire night will be all the announcers slobbing his knob because it's the closest thing to a BIG EVENT he'll be part of this season before riding off into the sunset.

Which is partly why he's had a better year than him. What exactly are you disputing?

So your argument is that Ish Smith is a better player than KI? Not even sure we can discuss as your opinion doesn't start with one of logic. Just a dumb hottake

You prob wrote after the Tebow Hail mary throw that Tebow was a better QB than rapistfucker.

Or Harden is having a better season than Durrant/Leonard bc he scores more. Lot more to basketball than Stats. Can't boxscore scout.

It was a typo, but thanks for pointing out that you have nothing. Have to resort to typo defense. LOL

I'll reiterate since Commander is having a hard time comprehending English.

Isiah Thomas is having a good year. Better than Kyrie Irving. That's why he's picked for all star game over him. Obviously no one would take Isiah Thomas over Kyrie Irving for their franchise , but picking for an allstar reserve, you judge who's having the better year. Which there's no debating Thomas is having a better year.

Nothing to do with your typo. Keep looking retarded though.

So, again, let's hear how Kyrie is having a better year than Thomas ... Since you brilliantly responded with "lolk"
