Was Today Brett Favre's last Regular Season Game Ever?

  • IggyPride00
Pretty simple question. Was today the last time Brett Favre roams the sidelines as an active player in the regular season?

Outside of his 3 MVP seasons of 95-97 this was easily statistically the best season he has had, and it actually stands up quite well to those. He was worlds ahead of where I thought he would be this season statistically, be he can't keep this up you would think.

    This year: 4202 yds, 33TD, 7 Int, 68% completion %, and a QB rating of 107.2.

I don't know how he walks away after this kind of season, but he does love the drama so I guess we won't know until late August. Hopefully the Vikings wise up and tell him he can have the whole offseason and 2 a days off so we can avoid the will he won't he for another year. He doesn't need it like the other guys, and it only adds to the drama. ESPN loves it, but I think everyone else is over it.

I do kind of hope we can have Favre bowl 3 in the NFC Championship game, as that without a doubt would be a ratings bonanza.

I am so tired of him. I wish he'd just go.....or stay...just make up your frickin' mind and quit manipulating the system. The only people I admire are the Packers.

It all depends on what they do in the playoffs.

Should they go and win the Super Bowl, he wont come back.

If they win the Super Bowl, he'll be gone.

The way he's played this year shows that he should be able to stay as long as he wants to keep playing.

They win the Super Bowl, he is gone

If the lose in the 1st round, he is gone.

If they come remotely close to making it to the Super Bowl, I say he comes back for one more shot at it.

Who knows. I'd like to see him for one more year.

Looks like MVP numbers to me.

The MVP race is going to be close, but I think it has to be Chris Johnson for what he did in Tennessee this year.

God I hope so. So sick and tired of him dying to still be in the spotlight. He needs to go away and never come back.

I don't care either way as long as it's not a drawn out, overblown story. I will boycott SportsCenter if I have to hear about it like last off season.

I hope he does come back. I love watching the guy play.

It's hard to be "dying" to be in the spotlight when 4202 yds, 33TD, 7 Int, 68% completion %, and a QB rating of 107.2 speaks for itself.

    What she said.

I hope he is back for another year regardless. If they make it to the NFC championship he will be the MVP. Chris Johnson had a fantastic year, but they didn't win.

Why do you bother watching it then? That's ALL they do. Overplay shit. Over and over. They beat a dead horse worse than anyone on this forum. You can see all the cool highlights on the internet anyway.

With all the assholes in the NFL, NBA and MLB, guys shooting THEMSELVES in the leg in a bar, idiots like Pac Man Jones running around, dudes being "accused" of raping chicks, guns in NBA locker rooms, and you guys are sick of Brett because he can't make up his mind about coming back?
