Ironman92If I read the rule correctly that looks like a physics defying fumble

mhs95_06They call that a pass all the time.

Ironman92Is it hand or arm going forward?

friendfromlowryMcCarron couldn't have tried any less to recover that.

Ironman92Damn

mhs95_06Maybe the Bengals now have a better shot to win a play-off game!

friendfromlowryBrowns fans can have Hue Jackson. Offense looked super for first 2-3 drives and that was about it.

Denver defense was tough all game, Bengals were very fortunate to beat it the first two drives by the narrowest of margins on some very tight passes on the sidelines. Very hard to duplicate those drives with those narrow margins and things falling into place. Field goal miss swayed the momentum.friendfromlowry;1771829 wrote:Offense looked super for first 2-3 drives and that was about it. -

Let's sign Tebow! -

I'm not sure I'll ever share your disdain for McCarron.superman;1771830 wrote:All the haters calling for AJ need to STFU.
I realize the offense early on was the exception and sooner or later they'd come back down to earth. Didn't anticipate it'd mean looking completely lost in the second half, though. The second half reminded me of the MNF Texans game. Couldn't run, and McCarron didn't have much time to throw. God help us if the New York Jets come to town in two weeks.mhs95_06;1771833 wrote:Denver defense was tough all game, Bengals were very fortunate to beat it the first two drives by the narrowest of margins on some very tight passes on the sidelines. I'd be content never watching another Bengals primetime game again. What'd they go, 1-3 this season? With the win to the Browns.
Also, I have no idea how the QBR works:
McCarron 22-35 for 200 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT: 86.6 QBR
Osweiler 27-39 for 299 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT: 57.4 QBR --- Is that a typo?

Ironman92Passer rating was Os 100.3 and AJ 87.8

I have nothing against McCarron. He's a decent back up. I have disdain for the idiots who blame every loss on Andy and want McCarron to startfriendfromlowry;1771837 wrote:I'm not sure I'll ever share your disdain for McCarron.

Azubuike24McCarron is what he is. Could be a good starter in the NFL. Not the savior. Not better than Dalton, even at 80%.

Lovejoy1984Lions still technically have a coach.
Also, Mariotta is the prototypical Kelly QB, I wouldn't be surprised if that's where he ends up. -

Charlie Strong isn't going anywhere. If he does, Texas has one target. His name is Nick Saban.BR1986FB;1771923 wrote:Yep. Heard rumors weeks ago tying him to Texas. -

Sorry. I guess my reasoning for mentioning Texas is that rumors of Kelly returning to college after this season have been out there for a while. Philly just did him a favor by making him a free agent.superman;1771927 wrote:Charlie Strong isn't going anywhere. If he does, Texas has one target. His name is Nick Saban.
